Popped in with a box of books and nearly new clothes to donate, but was sent away as no donations being accepted!

The manager was quite distasteful in how she dealt with customers. Prices are way above normal, quality is fair. I remember shopping here to support my local charity, however I really not convinced that customers are a priority. Used items are priced higher than new ones. As a loyal customer you have the right to choose where your money is spent. It was good almost 1 year ago however they seemed to be drunk on overpricing items. It would have been better to take a closer look at how many prospective customers walked out empty handed than those who walked out with something. My support for this location will be reduced significantly in the coming future.

Friendly staff and they always are open to donations that help anyone who is low on funds.
I have made purchases here before because we were having money issues. Dont feel embarrassed to pop in here if you need something cheap and easy. They do clean everything.

It's a small one in the neighbourhood but prices are really cheap. I found more things than other upscale thrift shops. (Polo shorts, MUD denims) Their refund policy is also very flexible.

a very Pleasant staff, on the phone, taking his time explaining how poorly Sue Ryder is run nowadays due to the shortage of the driving van, and, the odd company tells the store managers to take the burden each time. Indeed, no one from Sue Ryder head office picked up the phone, although I tried different departments several times.Hearing enough, it was good enough to move on, without further resentment of the rude store manager of another branch (Leegate, Lewisham), who rejected my donation "pick-up" scheduled for tomorrow, by the company website, but, I think this British Non-profit organization is mal-functioning or even shady, from the way it was poorly operated, with deception to the donors that someone would come to pick up the donation pieces.I decided to sell my donation to make some cash, instead! ;) Good cause is not appreciated but with aggression and insult (Sue Ryder, Leegate Manager).

Small but can find some gems here. Decent prices. Staff seem nice. I've donated a few times and they were always happy to take things off my hands.

Everything quite affordable and people friendly. Downside is that (went in Saturday afternoon) the place was a bit cramped and queues were long

This is listed on the Sue Ryder website as a £3 or less store, but most of the stock is priced higher than that. Disappointed as I made a specific trip to check it out.

Everthing £3 or less!
