I?ve never been fond of Starbucks. Their tea and coffee are both not very enjoyable. But we were at Canada Water an hour early for an exhibition, and the kids were hungry. Nothing else was open yet, so we popped in here. Grabbed a croissant and cinnamon bun. The bun was cold, so asked if they could heat it up (especially since it?s supposed to be served hot (not to mention it wasn?t the first thing in the world either). Was told they were not allowed to heat it up because it has the glaze on it. The excuse was so silly and absurd. I honestly couldn?t even process it for a minute. It would be like going to an Italian restaurant and being served pasta, this cold, because they can?t heat it up since it has sauce on it.
Thank you for reminding me why I should never where is my time or money at this business.

not the best place during busy hours but very good at off peaks but nice environment good service and standard Starbucks quality food and drinks. Can feels crowded dirty noisy smelly in busy hour but it's the customer not the shop I suppose. It's not a very recently decorated place but it's not a old dull place either.

Food is fine.

There was way too much ice in the drink, which diluted the taste and made it feel more like drinking water. By the time the drink was finished, it was clear how little of it there actually was. I mentioned it, but unfortunately it was brought back with just as much ice.

Earlier this morning, I went to the shop to order a hot drink. The staff member who served me was so eloquent, patient, and took the time to make the day and order as efficient and quick. Overall, the service was perhaps the best I have ever received. I would happily recommend this store. I would visit again without any hesitation.

Ordered a medium black Americano, received a grande white coffee. Took it back and had it replaced. Drank about a quarter of it, but It tasted so bad I left the rest. This was the only coffee shop open on a Sunday morning otherwise I would normally avoid Starbucks. I remember why now. Lady in front of me in the queue was given a chai latte. Don't know what she actually ordered, but the replacement she was given had ice and was green! Expensive, poor quality. Avoid.

Very dirty( unhygienic) the tables are full of coffee marks, floor full of bread crumbs, paper napkins and the toilets horrible. I wish I knew how to attach the pictures of the state of this place. Even I noticed one man spit on the floor.To my understanding is because of how the place looks like.
