Payed for product and got told that it didn?t go through even though I got charged on my bank app and Apple Pay. Said the charge would reverse in a couple hours and they didn?t give me the product.
Two days later and the charge is still there. Not cool :/

Footwear sizing on their website is confusing, be warned! I've had to return two (very expensive) sport shoes because of this. Returns also are taking forever to process, with very little updates. I have waited over two weeks, and still no refund. Customer service is terrible when trying to get assistance, which is very unhelpful and frustrating!

Be very careful, there are products on offer that indicate the real price and then 50% discount If you look closely, the discounted price is not 50% but rather 30%. Just use a calculator...Especially on DUNLOP work shoes there is this problem

Don?t shop here service is shocking, bought underwear here and when I got home realised worker had forgot to take off the security tags, even though when I was walking out the alarm went off and worker said it was fine didn?t even double check. Went to return the items and they wouldn?t take a return even though it was there fault they didn?t take the tags off. Spoke to the manager who was no help. Absolute joke have always shopped here but won?t be any more that?s for sure.

I went today at around 9:30am with my sons to get some trainers and football trousers. The gentleman who served us was very polite and professional but the young lady from the cashier, Chloe, was rude and seemed bothered that we?re there even though was very quiet, empty store.I learned later today that similar situation was last time when my wife visited the same store.This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Walk in see a pair of £80 Nike trainers I liked so approached a staff member not with a customer and another staff member also not with a customer tells me to wait for the staff member who is with someone to get my size.

Very polite staff. He was very helpful to us, I take an unusual size and he happily looked it up and found a pair of skechers to suit me. The bag they sold us was durable too

Awful experience! Can never seem to find any staff working on the shop floor, had to climb the ladder to get a coat off the top rack as there was no staff to assist me. At this rate, they may as well pay me to work here?Makes me think how this store is still running, seems like this place will close down in the near future as you will never find anything in your size.

Awful customer service. I asked for a bag and they looked at each other as I killed a rabbit and tried to hide it in this bag. Made me feel uncomfortable to be in this store and probably I won?t ever go there again.The store is messy, couldn?t find what I need. I think sports direct need to re-evaluate their staff.
