Efficient staff, friendly and they make sure I'm not waiting for too long. Carol and Donna have a great relationship with the customers and it's the reason why I use them for a lot of the material we need.

I love buying from Screwfix but there's some staff members who are clearly not interested in their jobs, being unhelpful, extremely unknowledgeable about the items their sell and with zero interest in achieving a decent customer satisfaction. Now I need to come again to the store, as I did not get any help from the staff and had to google what I need from home. I was speechless when, asking for a suggestion at store, I've been told by two members: "I don't know what we can use to cover it" and "we are not allowed to give recommendations".... Really??? Not sure if it's lack of relevant trainings or just complete lack of interest, but it would be great if the management does something.

Turned up with a ref, asked for it at the counter, left the wrong thing and realised when arrived home. Staff doesn?t care about what you need and clearly doesn?t have a clue of what they are doing. Laughing disrespectfully when being asked for help. Definitely last time there!
