Love River Island; there's not too many stores in London. This one has a good selection of ladies, mens and kids clothes, shoes, accessories and fragrance. It always seems to have the latest ladies stuff from their website in stock. The staff are helpful and polite. Always manage to get a sale bargain too!

Worst product here, there bags quality is so bad. Colour of the bag will disappear after few days and when i went for change that lady said cant do that she was so rude, not talking with me nicely.

I've never written a review for a clothes store before (mostly because I rarely shop!) but have to say, WOW, the rudeness of the lady at the til yesterday afternoon. No wonder I never go shopping! Nice clothes ... shame about the staff. Maybe go a few doors up to The Body Shop, now that's friendly service.

Rude shop assistant was shouting at me from behind the till because in her view I was standing in the wrong queue, after telling her that it hasn?t been clear where the queue started, she started arguing with me. I didn?t reply, just went to the shop next door where I purchased a similar quality jeans for half the price. Will never ever again use this store.

Mens section is small. Some okay stuff. Staff are fine. Pricing is way in excess of the quality

I give two stars because the store is so small it may as well be a convenience store. Very small clothing selection and prices are ridiculous however staff are friendly and the store appears to be very clean. Mixed views I guess...would I visit again? Probably not.
