Such friendly and helpful staff, honestly a breathe of fresh air. Actually seems like they enjoy their job or at least don?t hate it. I use this store for collections and returns, always efficient.

Shopped at tesco - Next and was served by Simone.Simon was polite, friendly and took time out to listen to my queries. Simon was knowledgeable and was able to explain how returns policy works in a way simply enough to understand.She made my experince great!!

This is a good shop to do your regular shopping. The prices are slightly high most of the times, but the clothes are also good. The collection is not that big but is usually good quality. The shop is usually not that busy, so its a smooth shopping experience.

Really poor customer service. Always long queues. Staff on shop floor not willing to give you your click and collect items. Like in other stores. You have to wait in a long queue for customers paying for instore items, which defeats the purpose of click and collect

More than twice - clothes purchased - got home only to find they?re a different size.\\nAlways very busy inside. Never enough staff. A headache at the thought of going back to this place.

I took back stuff today, and the lady tried to push me to accept gift card because she can't refund as it was exchanged once. I had to ask back twice for the exact reason why is it, then she asked for the manager who refunded without a word. Shameless and dodgy policy.

I tried collecting items, disorganised queues, got sent from one place to another. Shop assistants appear then disappear. Wasted half an hour of my life.\\nIf you can buy it elsewhere, do that.

Tesco newest addition. Small but functional Next offering a fair cross section of their range. They also hold some sale stock then next do their famous sales. Opening hours not the same as Tesco.. Beware!
