New layout is awful self service tills make everything take longer and if u have a buggy or trolley it takes up all the space.

Shop with a wide range of products. Unfortunately the store mainly has self-service checkouts :( There may be a problem with larger purchases

Used to be a great store but some dumb wit in head office decided to do away with ALL checkout staff and instead install the worst self- checkout machines you will find in any supermarket AND squeeze them into a tiny space!. Unbelievably terrible customer experience. Go to Tesco up the road instead.

Self service is only for a few items not for a packed basket all the eggs and soft stuff on top and you have to take out first and there?s not enough room to take it all out what a stupid idea in a store as big as this one one till for trolleys and you have to wait? I feel sorry for the elders the food ok just the service has gone down hill drastically waste of money just to cut back on staff you can?t win
