Where should I start, let's start with that miserable, nasty, horrible old Indian woman with her evil energy and bad eyes, whose attitude is so bad, that I was avoiding her but seems I simply can't avoid her, and customer service at complaints have clearly backed her up, I use rate Halifax now I they have done downhill so much that this behaviour from them needs to stop, we the people do not need these banks, they need us we don't need them and they are going to lose so manycustomers

The poorest Customer Service I have ever received from a Halifax worker. She is the old Indian lady called Miriea that my business pays her salary ever months. I wanted patiently for more than 20 minutes but was closing time so I approached her at the window asking for another staff member or a branch manager (someone in the back office was obviously available) but she said NO - no one's available, she is busy training a new Casheer but the training started just before she had to 'See Me" but no sooner than that & just 20 minutes before closing. This bank is doing down hill fast I will be closing my Halifax Account asap!!!

Does this bank still working? It never follow their time schedule opens so late closes so early. Even worst never opens on the day it should be openning

They seem to open and close whenever they feel like it and never update the opening hours on Google. I've wasted time trying to come here so many times.

I?m not one to really complain about business, but right now, I ain?t happy with this branch. A waste of time. Time is time, and even if an Employee/Employer of a store messes up, someone of team should be there to fix up the mistakes of their colleagues if something is wrong. This seems like a whole team problem right here, and it?s ridiculous honestly. People, do not go here if you?re tight on schedule and have things to do. Either go to another branch or wait for an available time to go to another if time is short. Planned to come here before working, only to wait for 40 whole minutes. Disappointing.

This is becoming really ridiculous that when I check there opening times it shows opening times 10am-2pm but when I arrive the branch is closed, this is the fourth times now. They can't even be bothered to update to show they are closed. Should just close the branch permanently. Stop messing customers about.

Hilarious reasons as to why they are always closed. Once it was a squirrel that ran amok inside ?.The amount of times I've travelled there only to find they are closed is disgraceful.

Do yourself a favour and go to Peckham.These people closed down 3 consecutive times in the space of 2 weeks. Literally couldn?t get anything done with them.

I turned up at 2.30pm on a Monday...only to see the attached message. Branch had decided to close very early..forget about serving customers or the community. What a useless excuse for a bank?! Would give zero stars!

Literally the worst costumer service there is.Went to the branch, as instructed by Halifax costumer service over the phone (unauthorized transaction), for some reason my bank account is locked, I can log in to online banking but can't transfer or make any payments. First time was told to come the next day, because they were less than 1 hour from closing. Second time a woman tells me she can't help me because there's only two women working and there's a big queue and they'd have to wait 40 min on the phone with whoever.... This unacceptable. Halifax is literally holding my money. I was told to go to another branch, WHEN THE BRANCH WAS OPEN. You can't just send people to spend their money on travel when the problem could have been solved there. I am seeking legal action.its been a week and can't access my account. Inexcusable.
