I recently visited Greggs and had a great experience thanks to one of their employees, I think her name is Sarah. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile. I was having trouble deciding what to order, and she patiently walked me through the options, offering helpful suggestions.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail and her willingness to help. Her kindness and helpfulness truly stood out and made my visit memorable.

Got my 1st app order today . My vegan Sausage rolls came really hot and the driver was very friendly. I ordered for the next 4 days too. And when you join the app you get a free drink. Cheers

DONT COME HERE!! I came in with my 7 year old son for a treat and found ants on the yumyums that we bought. The service was also poor from the man at the till who was rude and had a very poor attitude.

Quite a small Greggs but always fresh sausage rolls. Has decaf coffee via the machine instead of via a bag. Nowhere to sit inside but two tables outside. Quick service. Small selection of sandwiches etc. You can park outside.

Actually hire some workers that don?t move in slow motion, like you chose to work at Greggs nobody didn?t force you. If you can?t have basic customer service skills find a different profession cause taking 15 minutes to do a simple click and collect with 2 workers in an empty store is ridiculous
