Great service from the staff. My SIM card developed a fault on the day that my daughter was moving into to her KCL accommodation. I had no service at all from 7:30am that morning. We were in the shopping centre picking up some items and I noticed the EE store. I went in and i was sewn straight away. They checked the SIM and after providing my ID and security verification they replaced SIM and had my phone working in under 15 minutes.

Sommir was absolutely amazing he helped my parents get new phones as well as write everything down that he said to them so they had it in black and white and then proceed to explain everything else in detail, he was fun to talk to and made us laugh while doing his job at the same time!

Staff were busy, but helpful. EE shops no longer top up T Mobile pay as you go phones , hence my low score. No reflection on the staff, more a reflection of EE policy.

Customer rep clearly did not want to help me!!I ordered a new iphone which only takes esim. I went in person to EE in East Ham to get it. I was told to come back the next day and they will be able to retrieve it there and then as soon as my online order is confirmed.I was in Canada Water so I decided to go to that EE store. The rep says that if he does it on the system in store it will take 5 days so I need to call. I told him that at East ham they said otherwise however he dismissed me.I went home and stayed on hold for an hour. When I finally spoke to the rep, she says they can instantly access it in store so she does not know why he said that. Now I have to go an entire weekend with no sim and I have a trip booked :(.

Perfect service in the shop.They just failed to let me know, as they promised before when I placed my order online, that my phone has arrived to the shop two days ago. The delivery company sent me a message about it, that?s how I knew. If it?s for EE I may still be waiting for their confirmation and the phone is just sitting on their shelves at the back?Great service bad organisation.

Basic retail store set up, nothing exciting.Staffing can be hit or miss at times however the store advisors are definitely happy to engage with you once your in store.Work on the experience!

Orin was brilliant, quickly found me the best phone for my needs and pricepoint. Gave me options outside or my budget but was not pushy. Ultimately, was a customer-centred service. Great work Orin

I have worse experience of my life a young lady called Sam, I came in to purchase for customer service and I received insults and attitude from a young lady Sam, while she was speaking to me she came across very aggressive and I felt fearful because she was getting in my face and she went to the back screaming and shouting about me she used the word ?b****? to describe me this is very unprofessional and I hope HR please can you deal with this matter because your hiring people who goes against EE policy and standards of the company.But the rest of the crew were polite a nice gentle man called Nas took over and professionally dealt with me and made me feel at ease. That?s what you call customer service.I hope I don?t see Sam again she needs to go back to training because she doesn?t know how to do her job.

I liked the fact that the shop were very 'wide-spaced'. I will have appreciated it if it had comprehensable (wi-fi) network and the staff were more attentive to the needs of their customers.

Bad customer service. I waited approximately 12 minutes to be served. Was completely ignored and when another customer walked in, the assistant walked over to her completely ignoring me. I complained that I'd been waiting ages and that I was before the other customer. I was made to feel like a 3rd class citizen. Unacceptable.

Wish I?d checked reviews on here before visiting - Jo Louise seems to be the only competent member of staff and showed admirable patience in helping me resolve the mess caused by her colleagues by signing me up to a contract that was totally unsuitable. I strongly advise against shopping here, and be very careful when signing up for home broadband - shop around, double and triple-check everything, and be prepared to have to invest hours in the process.
