Very good! Staff mainly Ashill is super friendly and reliable.Plenty of activities that can be done here. Really enjoyed pickle ball game at 20£ per court per hour

Very bad customer service staff very aggressive and rude even I tried to explained issue and was not my fault they told me to shut up.
I brought my bicycle to be repaired they gave invoice and I signed for it when I came to collected it they gave me different invoice and charged me more.
The reason for charged me more money because they put wrong chain.
I told them was not my fault for putting wrong chain
When I refused to pay more they told me to shut up the staff was very aggressive.
I will never shop again with decathlon

Purchased riverside 120 bike. I was told the click and collect order was missing ? They built the bike for me which delayed my collection by 2 hours. Still great experience and the quality of bikes are really good here.

Visited the shop to get some advice regarding tennis strings and restringing services.
Freya was very helpful giving me some great suggestions about the best strings for my needs. Also she has regripped my racket perfectly. Really nice person, with an outstanding customer service 11 out of 10!!
