Staff are great with small kids

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at Clarks. A salesperson named Maria gave me the wrong order and threw the shoes in front of me. When I told her this was unacceptable, she denied it and began shouting at me in the store. To make matters worse, she even tried to justify her behavior by claiming I hadn?t greeted her ? which was completely false, as I had already said hello to another staff member before she came over.
Such rudeness, dishonesty, and aggression towards a customer is absolutely disgraceful. No one should ever be treated this way. Management must take immediate action to address this behavior, as it damages the reputation of Clarks and drives loyal customers away.

Came in to get a pair of work shoes didn?t really know what to go for however, Ahmed N was very helpful knew what he was talking about offered me after care for the shoes, which I appreciated, he was highly attentive and accommodated my requests would definitely come back again.

I usually buy shoes from this shop and I always had a great experience. However, yesterday I was in westfields and bought some shoes there. I couldn?t decide on two different pairs and was on a hurry so I bought them both and took them home. Today I took one pair to the Surrey Quays shop to return it and the manager accused me of wearing them. I told her that I had not wore them but she insisted that there was no way that someone could has sold me the shoes like that, that they were not allowed. She accepted the return but insisted that I was lying. Terrible experience.

Took one-year old daughter for her first shoe-fitting on a Sunday. Manager Maria was super patient and sorted our some lovely shoes for her. Very happy!

Regulus (hoping I have spelled his name correctly!)helped me with finding the shoes I needed. He was patient and he knows his shoes. He explained how to look after the shoes and didn't force me to buy anything unnecessary. He was kind enough to grab me two sizes and helped me get the right fit. Wonderful customer service and I love the shoes too. Thank you Regulus!

Don't go here for refunds of online orders.Both female staff members were very reluctant to give me my refund, giving various reasons for 10 minutes before finally giving me a refund. Never happened to me before at any branch and I was within the refund policy timeframe.I complained through central head office and was happy with their response. However, I will not be returning to this shop.
