Very bad customer service ! Very bad Wellcome and The lady in the till gave me the most expensive products and after I asked for the ones I was looking and she complain that it was my fault. She didn?t know how to do a refound in the till and she didn?t even apologise. I left the shop with the expensive product and she melé feel bad about it with an ironic ? have a good day ? I work in from is the customer and I will never do that .

Power tripping rude staff, bad vibes. Tried to buy eye drops, but they refused to let me pay at pharmacy tilt stating it?s not eligible to pay there (??). So I went to tescos where they sell a cheaper version at their pharmacy. Miserable shop

Can't fault the main store as much. The pharmacy seems to be struggling as it is always busy and there are some lapses in their services. For instance I got one dose less of my medication from them.

They forgot to give me some important medication on my last prescription and I didn't notice until today Sunday, when Boots open just from 11 to 5.My partner went at 11 to explain the situation and even though the staff was clearly under-resourced on the store they went above and beyond to solve the issue, and they did! They had to bring the medication from another chemist far away, but it was with me before 5.Absolute 5 star to the staff working on Sunday 13th August. Thank you.

Awful place. The customer service in that boots is absolutely terrible. I wanted advice on a particular medication. The staff that was serving had no manners.The face alone put you off from asking a question, grumpy looking like a monster. Looked at me like I was from another world. It was like why are asking me questions your taking up my time.There are never hardly any staff in there to begin with. The staff all have a rotten attitude, you ask a question your not given any privacy. I will be changing my prescriptions to be going there. I don?t like the nasty attitude of the staff in there.

Shelves are usually empty and the entire shop is an absolute mess. I pretty much never find what I came for. Always loved the Boots brand but the shop in Surrey Quays made me a Superdrug customer.Also the security guy keeps following customers to a really uncomfortable level. Even if someone wanted to steal something there would be nothing on the shelves to steal anyway. So what's the point?

The pharmacy site of this boots is an absolut nightmare. Worse customer service, rude on multiple occasions, im talking about basic manners. Obviously it works for them as they always act annoyed if anyone dares to queue at the pharmacy. Would avoid in the future and so should you.

This happened a few months ago but I did not have the courage to say anything as I was intensely shaken up.My partner was in this store collecting their order, and as it would take a while, they told me to go and browse. This was something we did quite often and I began looking at various products, when all of a sudden, a security guard dressed in casual clothing and a snap-back cap approached me and accused me of shoplifting, stating ?If you have something in your bag you haven?t paid for, you better take it out now so this doesn?t escalate and I don?t have to take you into the back?. I had purchased a few products mere minutes earlier and I showed proof of such, but this wasn?t enough for this person who seemingly wanted to bully someone.I am an autistic adult and so I panicked, and became non-verbal due to shutting down (an involuntary response in neurodivergent people occurring in moments of extreme stress). My partner noticed this and rushed over to try and explain things, but this man was having none of it, stating that we were a co-conspiring shoplifting pair and I had escalated matters by being upset. Furthermore, he invalidated my struggle stating ?it?s no excuse, everyone gets anxiety.? when my partner tried to explain why someone with my condition can shut down like I had.This man made me reveal my hidden disability, humiliated me in front of the entire store, reduced me down to a shoplifter who was attempting to use emotional manipulation, rather than a disabled person struggling in the presence of an aggressive force who would not accept clear evidence of my innocence, threatened to call the police and ultimately threw us out of the store shouting that we were ?banned?.We attempted to speak to the manager there and then but the security guard refused to leave us alone, antagonising us at every opportunity, even attempting to keep me back and get into my personal space to repeatedly ask if we lived in the area because ?if you lived in the area, it would be a shame if you got barred and couldn?t come back, that would make things hard.?We later returned and spoke with the manager who stated that the security guard had no authority and had no right to threaten us. Apart from this one security guard, my partner and I have had great experiences with the staff, particularly the people at the till. I only express this now as I have seen other reviews stating similar issues and I suspect it is the same person. This security guard still works here and still gives my partner and I a hard time as we just try to get our health care products in peace.

It's a really small boots plus when I went to buy few makeup products one man cashier forgot to put inside the eyeliner and he charged me for it... I asked him if he put everything in the bag and he confirmed so I trusted him. I realised it when I was home. I was not able to go back to claim it with my receipt because I've been busy with work and I lost the receipt...I'd suggest next time just let people pack their own things after paying or don't confirm you packed everything when you didn't or are not sure... ?

Worst Boots and Pharmacy store ever! If I could only give ZERO star at all! Rude, grumpy and unhelpful pharmacist, she even mumbled a few words when we left , how unprofessional! She often says no to everything, NO- she hasn?t received any prescription , NO-she hasn?t got any email, NO- she can?t see any order in the system? and goes on? treat everyone the same not just us, same to the lady in front of us. Questioning why she is still at the store if there are piles of complain about the pharmacy like the below? Would rather go further or any other store but just not Surrey Quays Boots! Even Tesco pharmacy are more helpful and friendly indeed!l

It?s so extremely annoying and uncomfortable when the security guy (or whoever he is) is closely following you around the shop. And when I asked politely why was he literally sitting on my neck he started threatening and screaming that if ?took a basket he wouldn?t be following me around?. There must be some boundaries to what they?re allowed to do, even if they risk loosing a toothpaste or something like that. This is unacceptable.

Worst boots ever. I have called them on occasion repeatedly over 24 hours, I guess around 50 attempts, they never ever pick up phone. Not just a one time experience but multiple occasions. U have to walk down to them. What's purpose of giving phone number on site if u r never going to pick up

Dreadful store with useless staff. Mumbling Damian on the till has no clue, and clearly no interest in what he's doing. The shelves are often a mess and popular items are often out of stock. The queues can be ridiculous at times.

The store looks grim, dark and the staff aren't very helpful. They simply recommend going to Tesco next door when I ordered a prescription online to be collected. Something about the system being down for three days and they couldn't give anyone's prescriptions.The store needs a little TLC.
