SHOPLIFTERS PARADiSE !!!!!!! ? 0 starsWhat a shame if you as a regular local using this store you are constantly reminded of the number of people who are triggering the alarm system on exiting from this store!.On each of my visits to buy provisions this happens all the time sometimes 4-5 times in succession! So you might think that Sainsbury?s would have considered doing something about it? Well you were wrong because of the occasional part time security who are more often on there mobile phones there is nothing to stop people exploiting this obvious loophole.Admittedly a turnstile has been introduced at the entrance but YOU NEED to do better and install one ON EXIT!!.Failure to do this WILL result in yes you have guest it HIGHER PRICES !!!!! for the local shoppers perhaps it?s time to evaluate a cheaper alternative?? .

Baskets have never been cleaned, they disgusting and considering Covid! Often a terrible smell coming from the bakery area! Staff run the show and don't show the customers much respect, eg, if they unpacking shelves, you'll most likely get bumped by the trolly or won't be able to get to what you want. This store needs a serious check in by snr management/head office.

Would give it 0 stars if I could, got told my parcel was part of a missing lot, in the end had to buy from Old Kent Road Argos, still haven't recieved my refund 2 weeks later!!

Waited a long time to get my parcel. Queued up at the counter and was told to wait at a different corner of the store where parcels can be picked up from. Waited and no one came until a staff walking pass noticed I was waiting. From here it was another 5 min wait to find the right person l. Same thing happened again when I went back the 2nd time. They definitely need to change the system.

Went in to collect a parcel, when I?ve asked where the collection point was, a very upset employee shouted at me 3 times that their system was down and he couldn?t scan my bar code. When asked: what does that mean and when they would be able to actually give me my parcel I?ve got a An even angrier: THE SYSTEM DOESN?T WORK!!!!!To sum up: I?ve got shouted at and didn?t get my parcel....

Item never arrived. They didn't think it would be a good idea to contact me, had to contact customer services myself. Then had to go in person to request a refund. Would not recommend ordering here if requesting an item for collection; never using them again

Quite convenient to pick up parcels from different delivery services. It's actually inside Sainsbury's store. Although there isn't a dedicated desk, you can ask any of the shipping assistants, show the postage barcode, and they'll get it for you from the storage room at the back of the shop. Doesn't take too long.

No manager available, waited for ages, staff didnt know about click & collect until a lovely young woman called Anna, I think, came along to sort it out. She was great, store for click & collect I wouldn't recommend as there is no c&c or customer service desk. You have to queue at check outs or be cheeky like me & find a staff member who looks like e they know.

Awful collection point. No signs or anything. Won't be using it again, had to wait by the back door, in the way of other customers using the shop.
