This is a review solely on the post office, about once a week I go and post a few Vinted parcels here and every time I have a bad experience. Today I stood in line for 15 minutes waiting to send 4 parcels off, there was 4 people ?working? but only one person actually helping people, the other 3 was sat on their phones at the desks. I finally get called over and instantly the lady has an attitude with me, I asked politely if I could send some evri parcels and she ignored me, she scanned the qr code of the parcel and gave me the sticker, I got my 3 other parcels out of my bag and she looked at me and shouted ?how many parcels have you got? and I said ?I only have 3 more?, she gave me a disgusted look and for the rest of the 10 minutes I was stood there waiting for her to print out 3 LABELS she was speaking in another language to her colleague and they were staring and giggling at me.
Appalling customer service, it made me feel very intimidated, I was polite and said thank you and walked away but it is not right to treat people this way. They have no sense of urgency and are happy to make people wait 15+ minutes to send a parcel.

I came in here to find a book on clearance asked a member of staff who said she was too busy another member of staff was helpful but no book went to get myself two drinks a coke and engergy drink scanned at self service tills lady colleague going on her break and wouldn't approve stood waiting for ten miniutes no sighn of any staff to come over and assist me walked out disgusting customer service

Went to post office upstairs but found some great bargains today. Mary Berry cookbook is amazing and a great deal in the 2 for £10. Very happy with WHsmiths. Will keep popping in. Defo encourage and recommend others to support the business. Hope to find more quality cookbooks there. :)Would also like to add that the staff were all busy organising shelfs and sorting books which is nice. Wouldn't we complain if they didn't do this.I'm happy to use the self-service desk and ask for the help if needed. Which I did do and they were very helpful pointing me in the right direction. Very efficient in my opinion.

Unresponsive, kept ringing the assistance bell for almost 15 minutes at ROMFORD Branch. Also, i went downstairs to find the staff member and told him that there is nobody upstairs to serve. He said, he?ll be right away and didn?t turn up. Had to wait for another 6-7 minutes. Very disappointed with the behaviour.

Tall white man looks like a manager I'm romford branch, abit over weight is the most unpleasant man I've come across. He is no help,very abrupt when asking for help....think his 'manager' position has gone to his head! The only reason for 1 star is the young Indian guy in the post office upstairs 'mainly works on desk 1' who was helpful, kind. White tall manager should always remember 'always be kind' you never know what battles people are facing. He needs re-training in customer service or he needs to not be such a rude jobs worth!
