I arrived hoping to get some eye cream or drops for my son?s eye issue, but unfortunately, we were 15 minutes early and had to wait outside until 8:30 AM. A lady came to the door and explained that the pharmacy couldn?t open without the pharmacist present, and she had tried reaching him with no luck. I started to feel frustrated waiting for someone who was running 30 minutes late, ( opened at 9am) and to make matters worse, he didn?t even apologise to those of us waiting outside! Ironically, the same woman who told us they couldn?t open ended up handling my situation herself, advising me to seek a doctor?s advice because there was nothing else they could do. It was truly disappointing!

To say I am disgusted with this pharmacy would be an understatement ! I needed to contact them as a matter of urgency, as I was out of the area I could not visit so I tried to contact them by phone?..during the course of the day I called the number over 100 times and not once was my call answered each time it was left ringing for ages then the call was cancelled what sort of service do they think this is ? Why bother having a phone line if they have no intention of answering it? What if I had been an elderly patient needing urgent help, these people should be ashamed of themselves if I could give a minus score I would as I think 1 star is far too high!

The staff at the Harold Wood branch are consistently patient, polite and helpful.
The pharmacists are always willing to make to time listen and give their professional advice. On my most recent visit, a problem was detected and I was directed to see a doctor immediately. I am most grateful to all the staff involved.

Could someone please explain to me the point of taking contact details when making an appointment which are then not used when your appointment is cancelled by this pharmacy? It's the height of poor manners and professionalism. Why is my time less valuable than theirs? Shocking customer service.

I get my prescriptions here and my jabs, all the staff are polite and friendly and will help you or advise you and you are treated as a human and not a number, to all the staff, well done and keep up the good work ?

I have been charged £41 for eye drops because it was private prescription. My friend just paid £15 for same medicine but double size. Absolutely shocking!!!! Who decides these prices? Im sure they had similar drops which could have been offered without charging that much!

The Pharmacist (male, with beer and glasses) is lazy and try everything not to do his job. I went there 5 times for a so called Walk in Service and yet, he is on lunch at 3pm 5 times. I suggested to make an appointment yet being declined, on the six times and I was lucky that he wasn't eating at 3pm, he has declined the service because it is actually not a walk in service! Even though Advertise on their official website! No clear information was given in advance despite I was there 5 times prior, and not available for explanation, just wasting people's time over and over and over.

Been ringing for hours can't get through being a massive pain for me 1st time using this pharmacy and can't seem to make contact to confirm if medication are there when arrived they didn't have my medication so complete waste of time would have been a lot easier if just answered the phone.
