I sat there for two hours sorting out new phones for my business and they gave me a WiFi only SIM card, complete and utter idiots, bring ear plugs in with you are they talk complete garbage - I need to now go to a different store and sort this
Update - sat in St.Pauls store sorting this out, took another 1.5 hours, he had given me a SIM card for an IPad that can?t be synched for outbound calls, avoid this store

I upgraded my phone last weekend as my phone was getting old and very short on storage. I was helped by Ben who was excellent. He was knowledgeable and patient and helped me get a good deal. He also transferred all my data from my old phone. Very impressed with service

Went in to enquire about a new battery for my phone, ended up talking about broadband. Ben was so helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of my daft questions. Although my contract is not up till May I will most definitely be back for the package. Thanks Ben, outstanding service.

Where do you find these lazy and incompetent people? I just can?t understand. The last two times I visited your store in Romford, they were so lazy, they didn?t even feel like talking or working. I really don?t get it. Do you select these people through some kind of competition?

Honestly the store manager is the most useless person I've ever had the misfortune of meeting went in store because their phones weren't working what happens the store manager calls the tech team to help him because he can't make heads or tails of anything the funniest part is he asked me if I needed help with anything before I left what service can you give me that someone ever the phone hasn't already

Vodafone Romford if you culd avoid du so. Lazy staff, no real phone on the counter, they hold my delivery for more then 4 hours just because someone's won't scan delivery, even I've got proof of delivery.

They had a phone which I wanted but made countless excuses that they don't have, even though they said that they have it.Probably they wanted to reserve it for their mates, acquaintances or family - or sell it on eBay.
