Horrible experience. A lot of dirt was left on and in the car. When requested to clean a particular part of the car, they refused. One of the staff was DRUNK and was arguing. EXTREMELY RUDE AND IMPOLITE...AVOID THIS CAR WASH. WORST !!!Services: Vacuuming

They've become very expensive. Attention to detail is lacking.Reluctantly went back this afternoon.Inside n outside £19. Very poor result. Wheels only half cleaned. Water still in door shuts/door mirrors/front spoiler etc...Had to point out petrol filler cover left open.Only go here if you have no alternative!!

Absolute rip off.£35 to clean my van inside and out despite being advertised as £25. Even £25 is too much as there is actually less cleaning in a van than a car.Only 2 seats,no windows in the back. Was poorly cleaned aswell.

All of the staff have changed and unfortunately it has affected the quality of work. I have used this place for years but have started to look for a new place to have the car washed. Was 5 ? but not anymore.Just revisited the car wash and some of the good staff are back and the service has improved up to 4 ? now.

Avoid going there please people. They are rush and not do proper job. I?ve watching another car they do their wash and can see very clear missing parts cleaning instead cleaning whole area car. They asked me for £16 when done I said can you to wash where the are misses and still dirt there. Had 2 bird thud my car and can see clear picture and the thud is still there. I offering £10 for the wash and the guy work there just pulling my jacket and tell me to move my car.. wow Shockley and drove off without paying..pulling my jacket to move my car that?s not acceptable.What I see they need improve1.communication2.team work3.organisationsThank you!

Some parts are not clean and marks are left on the window. Feel that because I don't drive in with an expensive car less effort is put into cleaning my car as I have noticed a change in attitude when they clean a Mercedes or an Audi to when they clean a Ford Honda or a Nissan. If they can tell you have money they will put effort in but they are forgetting that wealth is not always visible amd some people are not flashy and becuase they drive a certain make of car this shouldn't effect tyour attitude to the level of service that's provided to the customerServices: Vacuuming

Not the greatest, left alot of dirt on and in my car still and didnt leather it off properly so streak marks on the paintwork, Cost was £22 for mpv/suv. They always did a really good job before this so hopefully this is a one off, Car is still cleaner than it was. But wont be rushing back.

Ridiculous service. Improvement needed in 2021 after all these years of being open. Use to be better. I could hear metal rubbing against my car from staff clothing, maybe jeans or tracksuit jacket. I paid for inside too, there was still rubbish on the seat and the leather seat had footprint marks which were not wiped. The dash console was not wiped, was full of dust. Shoddy job lack of attention to details. Just want your money and nothing of value offered back. So disappointed. Will not be returning here or revising review until service has improved.
