Place an order through the application and after I paid I realise the local branch has been changed in my application!!!. Called customer service and asked for a refund and been told is all done but obviously it hasn't. Called again and been promised is all done. And I am still waiting

Totally rubbish customer service. I made an order online. The system says that all items are available for collection. But after i paid for the order, i received email that some of items not available and toolstation give me refund. To receive money back will takes 3-5 working days. That's totally most of stupid things what this shop can do. Now i can't finish job, because first i need wait when money comes back and then i can purchase same item from different shop. To do refund they must ask to customer first.

I?m a regular to this store and I have witnessed many times a sort dark haired woman karma as I believe talking down to other staff members which I find very disgusting she has also ignored the customers many times leaving us to wait this is not professional I don?t know how they are still working there with her

I regularly use the Romford Branch, I have had around 60 orders adding up to thousands of £ during the last calendar year. Never had a problem!Yesterday when my wife went to collect the order as usual, a member of staff (Nikki) would not give my wife the goods despite my wife producing a photo card driving licence. Although the account is in my name, it was paid for by my wife?s PayPal account. I had to ring head office to override this stupidity and get my goods released.When you hire incompetent staff like her, you will loose customers in any business.Fortunately, for me, Toolstation?s rival is just around the corner for me.?

Ordered sandpaper,got given the wrong one so went back to exchange it,the 2 guys on the checkout didn?t have a clue, I asked for a less courser one and was given a more course one.Went to Canterbury branch and they sorted it straight away.

This Toolstation is quite small. One would normally purchase online and do a click and collect. Although you can purchase instore if you wanted to. There is usually a queue of a few people at a time. Parking space is available. Staff are helpful and friendly. Only downside is that sometimes stock is not available for same day collection. So if you're doing a renovation and need material ASAP, it mignt not be available until the next day.
