From the outside you wouldn?t think it would be as big as it is! It?s got 2 floors with a wide range of items that Tkmaxx usually sell, all can be found here. Everytime I have gone there has been security upon entry which is always a good sign. Lots of staff, queues flow quickly.

For the first time I visited Tk Max in romford & as I had entered I had found myself a lot interested towards the makeup ile, whilst I was browsing around, a staff member stopped my friend from swatching from an eyeshadow pallete, as you may know a lot of stores let you swatch before purchase. Due to the fact that they were quite broken and etc we had thought it wouldn?t have been a problem. We instantly did stop. A few minutes later the same staff member made an announcement and called for another manager. My cousin had also been browsing for a perfume set for herself and minutes later the same staff member had stated ? we need a security tag on this? indicating that we may have had the intentions to steal!
Now I personally felt as if my rights were being offended so therefore I felt as if I had to have a word with her, she knew she was in the wrong so she had called another staff member and mentioned she was a manger. I?m devastated of how the way they mislead customers and that?s against of one of the consumer laws. The
way I was mistreated was horrendous ; action needs to be taken as this could?ve really offended someone in another way.
There?s always an alternative way, there?s no need for one to be disrespectful towards another.

I shop quite often shop at TK Maxx Romford twice I have met a very lovely staff who served me her name was Tasha. She is really enthusiastic and a true employee for the job.I wish her good luck an she should offer better pay as The exceptional service she is providing thank you so much, Tasha

Had a great experience shopping at TK Maxx Romford today. The store had a fantastic selection?especially in the home section where I found some beautiful outdoor vases. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the exceptional customer service from Roxanne (or Roxana).
She went above and beyond?helping us carry items to the till, processing our purchase, bringing everything to the car, and even helping us load it. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable.
It?s not often you come across such genuine, helpful service. Big thanks to Roxanne?she?s an absolute credit to the store! Looking forward to returning soon

Two floors, good security of the door. Lots of products, annoyingly just racks and racks of items, takes you ages to find anything. I guess that's the plan. Friendly staff.

Great staff members, excellent customer service and when you ask the staff for information they are all friendly, including the security people working in this branch. There was an employee raising funds in the bike and she was so successful at raising funds that everyone was shipping in and supporting the fundraising initiative.
