I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with The Range has been so frustrating that I felt it necessary to warn others.
I ordered a bed expecting a straightforward delivery and setup process. Instead, the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. First, the delivery arrived more than 40 minutes late on the scheduled day?which would have been annoying enough on its own?but worse still, it actually came a full week early. That unexpected early delivery forced me to rush to dismantle my existing bed, just to make space to open the boxes.
Once I opened them, I was shocked to find the bed frame was incomplete. There were no bed slats, bolts, connectors, or anything required to actually assemble the bed. It was essentially useless.
Trying to resolve the issue was a nightmare. It took three full days before I could speak to anyone, despite trying multiple platforms including email, live chat, and social media. Emails went unanswered or were clearly not read properly. The replies I did receive seemed like generic responses meant to pass me off to another team member?no one took accountability, and I felt completely ignored.
To make matters worse, the bed I ordered has now disappeared from the website. I have no idea if I?ll even receive the missing parts, or if I?m being pushed into a corner to ask for a refund just so the company can quietly wipe their hands clean of the issue and avoid looking bad.
At this point, I have no bed to sleep on, no clear update, and no trust in this company?s ability to handle a very basic issue. This whole ordeal has been stressful, time-consuming, and incredibly disappointing.
I would strongly advise anyone thinking about ordering furniture from The Range to think twice. Their delivery process is unreliable, their packaging is careless, and their customer service is completely unhelpful
