The bowling lanes are not flat which caused the balls to move drastically which effects the overall experience.

Would love to know why you have stopped selling beef burgers and only offer chicken (acceptable) and LAMB for meat options? What child has ever asked for a lamb burger? I?ve never been to somewhere that doesn?t offer a beef burger, so very confused

Looks nice externally, internally not bad. As the venue has multiple halls, I did find it troublesome with the pouring of too many people from other events into the reception area. Mayhem, chaotic. People standing on stairs, noisy, wasn't a good time.

This company is very rude in the manner Off behaviour against customer service,the people on the phone are very rude and aggressive very bed bad customer service to the public I will not recommend this venue to anyone stay well back they are top cowboys they need to know what is customer service first

A great place for Bowling and then to the Restaurant Minoa. Food was excellent, but very pricey. Staff need to be more mindful and knowledgeable about their dishes. They need the pay special attention to bring out all starters together. Then wait to bring out the main courses. Unfortunately mains were brought out with starters which is very poor service.

This place is massive. They have a roller ball on one side and the middle 3ntrance takes you up to a hall.
Attended a wedding here. Capacity was about 300/400 for this particular wedding.
They had ample.rooms upstairs used for the bridal suite and prayer rooms.
Lots of parking available outside free. Palm trees light up in the evening, which is a nice touch esp if your there for a wedding

Just an ordinary bus stop but only 2 buses stop there - not very frequently

Big wedding hall. Fits in more than 1000 people but can be be very tight. Decor a bit outdated. Still the same decor when first opened. Maybe can do with a fresh paint and change of carpets
