Had a terrible experience with this company. They damaged the unit containing the boiler in the property we were in the process of buying during a routine service. It was left broken on the floor, a month later it still is. Not even an apology it’s been a month and they don’t seem interested in resolving the situation. I wouldn’t be able to recommend this company based on my experience with them.

Professional and friendly service both in person and on the phone with the office. They were very helpful with resurrecting a boiler with brand new components rather than pushing me towards a total replacement that I would have struggles to afford.
