Writing a review now as this has happened before a few months back with Alan. He couldn?t find my evri delivery. I was not rude and asked another staff member to help look as sometimes just needs a fresh pair of eyes as had happened bedore, they were v rude and said was not delivered although evri tracking said otherwise. Went there a 2nd time and Alan again said not delivered. We went there a 3rd time when another staff member was in, think his name was momon and low and behold he found it and was polite. So thanks to Momon but I never want to have to deal with Alan again and will make sure to have my deliverys sent somewhere else from now on!!

Says on the front window, opens at 7AM however when I tried to enter at 7:10AM they were closed. I knocked the door, only to get yelled at by a white woman because one of the staff was late, apparently they cant open their store on time. All the staff are really passive aggressive and rude, probably part of the tesco work training? Just walk opposite to the tesco to the co-op. They actually open on time and have good customer service.

Honestly a really weird branch of Tesco's - super passive aggressive and often outwardly rude male staff (is it part of training?), half the time the door is locked and you have to knock/wave to be let in, and top it all off, an alarm goes off if you open the meat fridge, and someone comes over to check you're not thieving. I get that shoplifting is an issue at the moment, but get a grip.Just go to the coop across the street

Great service, great atmosphere, and all the essential products are available. There was a friendly and professional staff there. At the counter, Jude made my day on 22.09.23 by being very friendly and professional.

Poor Customer service. Very Rude behaviour. One old man from Asian, He is so rude all the time. Even today he is rude to our family members. As we went to billing counter, we are searching for Tesco club card, he is so rude to my family member. And shouting with us as he feels we are wasting his time.Bad service.
