Great experience from start to end. Kind, knowledgeable, professional and respectful staff from the moment you walk in. It was quite busy and they were slightly behind, however I did go in Saturday morning around 10am. So avoid that time and day if possible. Otherwise, great experience and I would absolutely recommend going here for your eye care needs.

Although I went there first time and I?m not familiar with the Romford Market so I googled the SPECSAVOR store. Google guided me to the backside of the store where there was obviously nothing,but it was still not bad as I have to walk extra two minutes. I needed to fix the lens of my glasses which was done in less than 5 minutes.
Amazing staff.

I have been with Specsavers for many years, and recently visited the Romford branch to have my glasses fixed as a screw on the frame had become loose. I was assisted by Anca Andreica, and I just want to say a big thank you for the way she helped me. Her approach was spot-on, and she was so professional, friendly, and polite. She also spoke with such a gentle, soft voice that made the whole visit feel comfortable. Wonderful customer service.

Never got seen on time.glasses were way to strong so unusable. Had to return. Super busy and hot.waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time for a retest ,this seems the norm and had to cancel in the end as had other things to do. Got a refund. Staff wandering about are helpful if you are buying. Shame they can't do eye tests.
