Upon my visit today.
I have gone out of my way today to praise the older gentleman on the tills.he has kept this garage so clean and tidy his well presented and very polite. (Shell)* please praise this guy his doing your company some good p.s my visit was at 7.am

Came here as it said upto 300kw EV charging. There was only 2 other cars charging but the fastest spread was only 50 kw. Ridiculous so didn't stay long.

I had a terrible experience at the Shell petrol station on Eastern Ave E, Romford RM1 4SJ. The employee, Jesan, was incredibly rude and aggressive when I tried to pay for my fuel. Even though I had enough funds on multiple cards, I was asked to pay multiple times with different cards, which made no sense. I explained that the issue seemed to be with the card reader, not my cards, but Jesan got defensive, started shouting at me, and escalated the situation unnecessarily. The same thing happened to the person in front of me and the person behind me, so it?s hard to believe that it was just a coincidence. It?s clear there?s a problem with the card reader, but instead of handling it professionally, Jesan was disrespectful. I won?t be returning to this station again.

Whenever someone makes a complaint regarding the amazon parcel, fuel, staff misbehaving, or anything. The owner or manager is smart he comes and apologises and gives a link what you can see on the pictures and guess what these links do not exist no where on shell website, in Google or anywhere else. And people who mostly complain they write their reviews and walk off. And this owner or manager comes in apologises and pretence nothing has ever happened. Very smart.

Other fuel stations stuff are so good. In this shell worse staffs ever they have no manners, no customer service skills, clearly you can see they have no training and the owner or the company just put them in the till to serve customer but they have no clue how to talk or serve customer. Very rude staff. Please hire people who can speak clear English.

Worse staff. Not helpful and extremely rude. It clearly shows they are meant to take amazon returns, but they refused and told me to go to the post office or some other place because it is not their job. I don't really understand why shell has such poor quality staff being such a big company.

Don?t bother trying to drop off any Amazon parcels, as they either can?t be bothered or tell you they don?t have any printer labels. A waste of time and petrol. ?????

Amazon drop off section is a scam... Firstly they tell us the drop off is only open until 16.30, Then when we comeback next day at 13.00 with a box they say it doesn't fit in the bag so we can't accept it. The guy behind counter didn't even speak English, he was just pointing with his finger... Disappointed with the service...

Giving credit where it?s due, normally wouldn?t leave a review for a Shell station, but the attendant was super friendly and patient with returning items through a service provided by a 3rd party vendor.
