Worst customer service. Only 1 person can do returns whilst everyone goes to lunch. Never in my life had to wait about 15mins to return a single item. I literally asked 5 other staff walking past if they can do returns and they all said no. Basically this chain either doesn't want to train or doesn't trust its own staff to do something simple like a return.

Well Shop as Shop
Where you can find anything from nails gloves pipes and timbers at any size and length, the difficulty is in to find any one to help you with advice on enquire you have.
But is worth to visit local shop where you can find everything you need in one place?
