Hi ? went in today 1/2/25 to buy shoes for my daughter. Came across lovely assistant they?re all so very welcoming straight away giving you 121 attention thank you ladies keep it up ??. I want to give a shout out to Claudia she was our assistant 2day SUPER LOVELY friendly and very polite was well mannered with us and giving her time to reinsure my daughter was comfortable with her shoes. Went here to pick up an online order. I was greeted and offered assistance by a helpful staff member almost as soon as I entered. After showing the staff the relevant details, I had my package brought out to me within minutes. The service was great and very efficient.

I went in yesterday just to look but did end up buying new converse for my husband. Danny who helped us was so nice and went above and beyond, he had a good friendly attitude as well which makes shopping a lot better. Went back today as didn't ask for my receipt and needed it as I'm picking up new shoes on monday, I spoke to Claudia and again was really helpful got me what I needed and again also really friendly. 10/10 customer service ?. Thanks guys
