Wow went into the Romford Rymans store and was taken aback at the customer service I received on thst day. I needed a box to send a dried flower door wreath, it was proving difficult and had to buy quite a big one. A young lady stepped in sge looked at the size down, put the box together for me, she observed a biro was not ideal to use writing out the address and offered a black marker, which was far better, and went totally above by taping all the edges for me. The assistant even asked if I would like to send it by courier, on this occasion it was by far more expensive than sending it via Royal Mail. Amazing customer service this lady is an absolute ambassador for Rymans stationers in Romford.

The shop assistant did not acknowledge me on arrival and preceded to mess around with his device! When he finally asked what I wanted, he pointed me in the direction of where I should be rather than guiding me. The guy then told me it was £2.85 to print one sheet of A4 paper! This is a lie! How atrocious!

Used their document printing service. Colour printing is extremely expensive. The main downside is that you need to go to store to start the printing process. A few years ago you were able to call, send doc by email and have them print it ready to pay on pickup same day

One of the best shop for stationary and office accessories. This time I went there to buy refill for my Cerruti pen, they don't have Cerruti products but I got Parker refill which is perfect for my pen, and the quality is very good. For quality products I prefer Ryman.
