Went all the way there to pick up a parcel and got told I had to come back because there was no one there to sort it out nothing on the website about there being a certain time not to or to turn up absolutely ridiculous

It's annoying that it's only open 8-10am. The guys behind the counter are always nice and polite and helpful.

I was trying to call to know where my nans parcel is and was told to wait in the phone for 10 mins to get in contact with some waited a little while then the phone was put down im appalled
