Paid my fee 2days ago, got confirmation item would be delivered today. Postman didn't even knock/ring door, left another fee to pay card for the already paid fee. Wrong number listed on website, can't collect as can't drive. Unable to speak to anyone just press button options that are not relevant to my problem.

Went all the way there to pick up a parcel and got told I had to come back because there was no one there to sort it out nothing on the website about there being a certain time not to or to turn up absolutely ridiculous

It's annoying that it's only open 8-10am. The guys behind the counter are always nice and polite and helpful.
