Went in today to buy three pairs of trousers. I'm disable and stood at the disabled till 20 other people got served at the main tills when I said is anyone going to serve me I was told I've got to wait. I have trouble with legs and can't stand any longer as of the pain in my legs so had to walk out and now have no trousers for my holiday. Seating my car crying

Asian lady at the till seemed to have a problem with me asking for the hangers to be removed, ?you should?ve told me before?, may I ask what the problem is? Normally the staff ask this question before they scan the items so I don?t know what her issue is ?

Must say a positive first, always get great products when visiting Primark but must say was EXTREMELY disappointed with what I witnessed when I visited yesterday! The staff working on the checkouts are expected to work in very cold conditions, three of the four staff were wearing coats, scarf, gloves and one had leg warmers on! I could feel the bitter breeze that was coming in from the doors exiting south street but I am in a position to remove myself, these lovely ladies are not, how they all managed cheerful greetings and a joyful work ethic is beyond me.
I never write reviews but felt the strong need to with this situation that I witnessed and I do hope the management team address this issue with immediate effect!

They have really helpful staff. One lady in particular really went extra miles to help every customer but i was in rush so couldn?t take her name. Staffs on the till were really kind as well. Helpful staffs really make a difference in whole shopping experience. Also the store is big enough thus feels less crowded.

Nice place to shop. Previouly used to find nice stuff not found in Ilford (not too far off) or even Central London's (Tottenham Court Road's and Bond Street's).

Primark Romford needs to be upgraded. Most of the clothes are looking like the ones they didn't sell and left there.
