Bed rock hard bathroom not suitable if you have mobility issues unless you're very flexi cocking leg over bath to use shower nothing to hold on to getting g out

We stayed there for 4 nights and our room was cleaned only one time! And they just empty the bin nothing else. Toilet was not cleaned, no vaccum. ? next day we asked if they can clean the room, their excuse was that cleaners are really busy if there is time then they will clean. Don?t take breakfast there! Waste of money! They have nothing nice to offer.

As someone who works for Octopus Energy and frequently stays at the Premier Inn, I have consistently enjoyed my time here. The hotel's accommodations are always comfortable and well-maintained, making it a reliable and pleasant place to stay.
One of the highlights of my visits is the exceptional service provided by Hasna at the reception. Her professionalism and warm demeanor make a significant difference. She always greets me with a genuine smile and goes out of her way to ensure that my stay is smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to Hasna, I always leave feeling happy and well taken care of.
The Premier Inn has truly become a favourite for me.

Booked to stay over night after attending a wedding. The booking in was easy, iron and ironing board were provided for us, room was spacious for a twin and quiet, it did get a bit hot but a floor fan was provided.
The sleep was pretty decent and the way little to no noise other than the people on the room beside us.
We would definitely stay here again when needed.

Stayed overnight while attending a family wedding locally. Very friendly staff, rooms clean & spacious and very good price. What we really loved was the bed, so comfortable. Highly recommend.

This has become our first choice of accommodation each time we come to London for a show. Very handy for the trains into town and free parking.

Looking a little tired to be honest, car park full of huge scummy contractors vans, beware !
Food and drinks: The offerings in the attached, so called, beefeater are overpriced and bland at best !

One of the worst premier inns i have stayed in. Rude staff on arrival, Room was 40+ degrees with one fan provided to help that didn?t work properly, when asked for another said there was not anymore available.
