Had room booked for 3 days over Xmas but couldn?t stay due to sewage problems throughout hotel, offered another room with sewage problem as affected whole hotel so had to find alternative accommodation. Won?t refund even though agree sewage problems. Very very poor customer service and do not trust there good night guarantee as clearly not what it states to be.

It served a purpose for visiting King George Hotel. Slept well and everything worked. Decor is tired, but it wasn't a holiday so expectations low.

Friendly staff who couldn't do more for you. Room was modern, clean and well set out. Brilliant telly and comfy bed. Bathroom was clean and I liked the fact I could have a shower or bath :D Thanks again and credit to all staff I had seen on my two

Worst customer service experience I ever had. I never saw any rude receptionist like Dayane in any other hotels in entire World. After checked out time she didn't allow me to wait in waiting area or to use the Wash room facility. Every other staff were really nice.

This is the second time we have stayed here and the staff are so lovely and friendly nothing is too much for them. The hotel is always lovely and clean. We also needed a ground floor room due to mobility issues and no problem they got us one. Breakfast is always lovely and hot and cooked fresh. The chef Peter even cooked us fresh eggs and asked us what we would like and I had 2 poached eggs and me and my partner said that the breakfast that we had at this hotel both times ( sorry but didn't get the chefs name from first visit but it was a lady) was one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. Keep doing what you are doing and we will definetly be back when we need to stay anywhere near where you are again and would recommend you to anyone staying in and around the Romford area. ?Rooms: As in review aboveFood & drinks: As in review above

One of the best Premier inns i have been to. Excellent, polite and helpful staff, room was clean and a very clean bathroom. The free carpark is an asset and the location isn't bad too especially given that its situated right next to a Toby.

Comfortable place to stay, staff are helpful and friendly all the time. You have the carvery next door and you can pay extra for a continental or full breakfast.
