It was a wonderful experience to stay in this hotel. The staff made it all so wonderful, the rooms are decent, good enough to have a great rest and enjoy some TV and a nice bath.The breakfast was also good and cheap compared to the prices around.If you have business around this area,the hotel is absolutely perfect. Any problem that occurred was fixed immediately and we were even offered a free breakfast for a broken kettle.Highly recommended

Booked twin room for 3 nights, arrived to find the 2nd bed not made up, spoke to reception and was given bedding to make it myself, stayed 3 nights asked for the room to be cleaned every day, left the tag on the door, no cleaning. Have had really good stays with premier inn?s before but I will avoid this one in the future. Also the shower leaks, the temperature is unpredictable, the desk in the room is wobbly and the hdmi socket is smashed in. Not the best.

Overall a good stay despite a wobble with evening meal on 1 night - took almost 1 from ordering to service due to temporary staffing in the kitchen.Rooms: Rooms are standard Premier Inn rooms no more or no less

My wife and I traveled from Turkey to visit London and it was our first visit to UK.We stayed at the room 310 for 6 nights.1-The air conditioning didn?t work at all for 3 nights, then I informed the receptionist after 3 nights. She told that the central unit from the back of the office was set at 20degrees. That explains why we didn?t get any warm heating. Later on she adjusted to 25 degrees but this adjustment only lasted for 1 day.The air conditioning was back to cold blowing air again. We put it up to 26 degrees again in our room, but the room temperature didn?t get any higher than 20,5 degrees. We had to sleep in cold blowing air conditioning room.This is awful. Not acceptable.2-No slippers for visitors. We expected to receive slippers in the room but it didn?t exist.3-No phone to reach the reception. We had come down 2 floors to reach the receptionist.4-The shower-head wasn?t working properly.I fixed it myself, I tied the hoses between the shower head sprinkler. I removed the shower-head from its place and took it down to the receptionist. The lady at the reception took me to another room and I replaced it with the one there and we left the broken one in the other room.Generally our experience at the hotel was awful. We will definitely not stay again at any Premier Inn?s in UKWhen we explained the receptionist about the room problems, they could have offer us another room with properly working A/C unit and shower-heads. Which they never did.I worked in hotels and tourism sectors around the world. When there is a problem with the room, we wouldn?t give it to the guest.I believe the hotel is awfully managed and I think the board should consider staff replacements or should train the staff to make the guest happy from their accommodation.At least to be able to offer rooms without problems. Especially, if the guests are staying for a longer periods

I've only ever used this hotel for the restaurant when the other Romford hotel is closed.The service is terrible, taking ages for someone to take your order and food to come out.When it does, it's undercooked to the point where it can cause food poisoning.Avoid at all costs.

Brilliant place to stay. Me and my wife stayed there for a night. Brilliant rooms on 3rd floor, very clean, Brilliant lighting and view of romford town/market.The food was outstanding, dinner and breakfast buffet. Staff was really welcoming. I'd recommend this to anyone.Also, the markets on your doorstep for a Sunday morning shop. 10/10

My husband and I spent the weekend here it was a lovely experience.Third floor view was nice to look over the town .very clean the bed was so comfortable .lovely lightening around the bed , nice small wardrobe and utilities.The staff very welcoming and helpful and the food was outstanding , the breakfast buffet is well thought out .Well done to the staff here ,Nearby activities: Nice public houses about ,nice market

Just checked in at this hotel and received one of the best service experiences I?ve received at any hotel, anywhere in the world and I?m a Diamond Élite member with IHG . Mark and Charlotte, thank you. I?ve never received this much unsolicited consideration and kindness at a hotel - you?re a true credit to your organisation. Premier Inn, clone these wonderful people, install them at every property and your business can?t fail.

Good clean hotel. Rooms are quiet, bad enough hard for me, curtains are blocking any light. I dont need anything else in hotel. Room size is also fine.

Ideal location,in the centre of Romford, staff were very helpful, it's a premier Inn so it's a standard room ,like any other at the chain, strong smell of weed in the lifts a little off putting.
