Had my fair share of bad experience in this place. I lost 2 parcels (gifts) using their self service kiosk. I did not know, but I had a feeling, that they had a problem with their machine. Before I posted it, the employees said it was fine, the sticker for mailing can be read. Now, I kept checking the track and trace online but it was saying something different. After a week, I had to go back to ask for updates and to check the tracking numbers since my parcels did not arrive yet. I offered the receipts as reference but they were quickly dismissed.The employee told me it should arrive within the week and to just wait. Week 2: had to go back again, told them to check my tracking numbers, AGAIN, dismissed, told me the same thing and to just keep waiting. Week 3 came and when I went back there, the employee finally tried to check the reference numbers in their system only to find out that my parcels were missing and I will just have to submit a claim. The employee apologized but it was too late. They could have addressed this problem by week 2, but most of them were too dismissive, as I felt I was rushed with my complaint. The interaction between me and the employees there showed that they did not believe my query to be important or even worth considering. Just be careful when sending through their self-service kiosk.

Get your packages delivered somewhere else. Saves you time and effort travelling just to be told you're not being served well before the closing time. Arsey staff just because you stood in line past their decision time

Nasty unhelpful people. Last time I went to hand over a parcel with prepaid label but the staff refused to take that. When yoh call to speak to someone they connect to fax.

Extremely bad service and all staff were very rude and disrespectful towards me. I went three different times and each time, I went I was told that the verification system was down and the customer service was absolutely terrible and awful. They told me that the system was down each three times which was over 1 week.The queue was absolutely ridiculous and long and should at least have a sign saying that the verification system is not working.

I wish I could give this branch 0 stars to be honestThe branch is run down and dirty. There is never enough staff working and some of the staff are just rude and aggressive.This afternoon my 7 year old daughter, my husband and I went with several returns for EBay & Amazon. The queue was very long with only 3 staff working behind the counter. When we were finally seen, the woman that was serving us told us that they could not deal with the Amazon Returns due to not having the bags that Amazon provide. When I asked when we should come back to deal with the returns, she started shouting at me (in front of my daughter) saying it wasn't their fault (no one had said it was?!) and she kept calling me 'Darling' which I politely asked her to stop doing. She then became even more agressive. I said to my husband that I have had enough of the place and she proceeded to tell me that if I didn't like it I should go somewhere else.I don't know what has happened to the Post Office but this place is an embarrassment to the brand - I dread going into this branch but have no choice when it is the only option we are given.

I entered UK on 30th Oct 2023. I went to Liberty Mall WH Smith post office for redirection of my BRP card from Birmingham to Romford. UKGOV confirmed me on email that my BRP card is there in Birmingham post office on 09th Nov. Same day on 09th Nov I have paid around 22 pounds for redirection. Now till today I visited several times for the collection but they told me that my BRP has not arrived. Although website says collect after 10 days but I am waiting. Without BRP I can't work and expenses are already on sky. very frustrated. don't know what to do.

an absolute disaster! workers are so slow, omg! these people need to have some energy to move around and hurry up serving customers. If they can?t do their job properly- they must be replaced!

Appalling service and management. Have been trying to return Amazon item for weeks now. Each time I go they don?t have Amazon bags so I cannot return. Was told to cancel my return and chose another option but I cannot do that as I received a replacement so cannot cancel anymore. If I don?t manage to return by deadline I will be charged again!! Trying to call Post Office to check whether they have the bags but no one answers phone. Will have to go now for 3rd time and hope for them to finally have the Amazon bags ?. it?s a joke

Worst post office, they always have queue more then 15 people minimum, 8 till but only 2 person serves, all the staff are very rude and disrespectful, they are from the same community and speak their language often
