We went to purchase just a piano stool but ended up with a new piano too! Staff ( manager Martin and young lady at reception , can?t remember her name) were so welcoming and helpful. We will certainly be back , thank you and see you soon when we will be purchasing a guitar

Walked in with my old guitar and walked out with a beautiful brand new one. Jay helped me pick the right model for me and assisted me with my choice. He also demonstrated some fantastic musician skills and made me aspire to be like him one day. Time to practice. Thanks Jay!

Good selections of instruments and space to sit and play them. We did ask if they had a certain instrument to be told no, then found it ourselves a few minutes later, but it's no bother, really.Parking outside was easy, and we were buzzed in quickly. Had to go find someone to let us out but that was quick too.

Shoutout to Josh and Ben for being great help in the store. Ben?s super friendly and has helped me complete a couple of purchases now, I will definitely keep going back to expand my kit.The selection of instruments and equipment in this store is impressive. The store is laid out well so it?s clear where you need to go for what you?re looking for, decent parking outside for being right along the A12. I would highly recommend PMT as their service, prices and quality has been consistent both in store and online.
