TerriblePlaced an order only to be called to say 2 items are missing that I need to email for a refund.Upon doing that, no refund was given after numerous emails.A good will gesture for me to spend in a voucher next time I spend!! Outrageous!!Took my money quick enough and no money back

Shane is the rudest stuff member I?ve ever come across. I placed an order for my sister?s birthday party and the order was incorrect (wrong base). After calling, Shane refused to issue me a refund. I agreed to be refunded if I gave back the pizza however, he said they couldn?t give me a refund unless the pizza was untouched. How would I have known it was the wrong order unless it was touched in the first place? Do not recommend

Soggy cold pizza, fell out of box when the old dirty delivery guy open bag, shouting "PIZZA". Not even cut! Didn't bring ice cream when phoned they just didn't care and put phone down ... TBF it's so so bad it's funny
