Pets at home are great for grabbing food for most pets , problem is that their very expensive , advisale to have a good look around and check online . The vet service is also quite good but make sure to register first and get an appointment unless emergency .

Awful service.. I could not be more disappointed!
I have been coming here for years with my dogs due to loyalty. Today, i rang for an appointment the lady said to me that i could go else where and literally hung up the phone, and i mean, she hung up the phone!
That is disrespectful and disloyal. YOU NEED BETTER STAFF at your vets department!

I took my boy here Friday night and I have to say the vet was absolutely unprofessional, uncaring and damn right rude. I was loosing my boy and she showed no compassion what so ever. The nurse on the otherhand was totally professional and showed so much compassion for me and for the decision I had to make. She stayed with me throughout and even said I could call her if I needed to talk.

Is the worse place for groomers your dog ? o give them chance too many time but now more
The ladies doesn?t listen of you even pay for yours choice cutting to your dog. I paying £62 for small dog with is price for large dog and my puppy was cutting just one number not even matching with my choice
Second they take phone number to call the parents when the finish early but never do this and keeping the dog in Cage. Last time when I went to pick my baby he was screaming because he never went on cage even for one second terrified staff and services if you love your pets avoid this place lots of friends was telling to me but I was giving them chance but not more some of the lady should not do this jobs they without heart to any pet.

My mum rushed our family staffy of 11 years to the vets to seek emergency assistance on sunday 3rd november 24, unfortunately nothing could be done and we lost our boy which was heart breaking enough. My mum then left the room heartbroken, the girls at the desk in reception was chatting away and laughing while my mum was waiting to go through what happens next, disgusting unprofessional and no compassion or empathy!!
We then got told bow would be collected on Tuesday for cremation, we asked for a pawprint and some fur to be taken as we all wanted to get a tattoo of his pawprint as a memory, 5 separate occasions we was assured this was being done.
Come Tuesday we rang to make sure bow was collected and everything was going as planned, we then got LIED to saying bow wasn't collected as they hadn't recieved payment (because the link got sent elsewhere not to us) and said this is because of the crem people if they dont recieve payment they wont provide the service until it is recieved and was then told he will be collected Friday.
Today we went to collect bows ashes, again heartbreaking enough! Only to discover there is no paw print or fur...
We have spoke to the company who deals with the creations only to find out bow was intact collected and cremated on Tuesday!! The pawprint and fur was not done because pets at home didn't put a request in!!!
Nothing but lies it's disgraceful
We now have nothing to remember him by other than his ashes, that is something we will never get back because they are too busy laughing with eachother at their desk instead of doing their job!
Don't ever let these people deal with your animal, we wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we are right now
They also charged us for the paw print and fur which we didn't even get!!!!

Very sad to see rabbits being sold this way. I saw what looked like an unwell rabbit who was breathing shallow and when asking a staff member about his welfare, the staff member showed no compassion or empathy. Get your bunny from a rescue not this place.

always busy but always helpful. Only downside for me is the ULEZ payment every time I take a dog to the vet, so may have to move to an 'outside london pets at home' instead. Shame, as they are clean and always helpful.

Member of staff very rude when I bought item back and the other members behind him followed his lead .although head office had said I could bring the item back when I rang them .never go to that shop again.

Went to the groomers at romford paid for a full groom , my dog was there 2 hrs when I collected her she smelt quite bad were she couldn't of been washed just trimmed round the edges, then offered to rewash her but there was never any available appointments said they would put a note on the account for a free bath but never kept their word , instead wanted to charge me for another groom then give her a free spa to make her smell nice , just check and smell your dog before you leave just incase yours don't get washed either
