Ordered online over an hour ago. Order being delivered by Uber eats from the Romford Branch. Strange message received saying I?m here and I can confirm the order has not been delivered. We have ring doorbell proof that no one has tried to deliver the food. Tried ringing the shop and it goes straight to voicemail. Which we have left messages. We ordered directly from the Papa Johns Website. After 2 hours my husband goes down to the shop only to be made to feel like a liar and having to show ring doorbell footage that the order did not arrive. Too busy to process a refund or cook a new order. My husband didn?t leave until they said it had been refunded (took 6 days)This is not good enough! We went to Dominoes Pizza amazing service and much better food also cheaper!
Update 21/02: after seeing the below reply I contacted customer services with a detailed email only for the ?ticket? to then be deleted and then fobbed off as the refund has finally gone through. No gestures of goodwill, no real customer service here this place must be a franchise as it appears head office don?t have a say and then the ticket / case closed.
Other restaurants are available don?t waste your money or time ordering here guys! 0 stars! What used to be a good chain of restaurants is now not fit for purpose. AVOID!

Very quick service of food , i go other restaurants as well for delivery but romford store is good. No waiting time, when is go in romford store food is always ready ?. Like romford branch service.
