Subhan and Mariam were very helpful in aiding me with my Switch Up query. The customer services team on the phone weren't helpful at all but both of your instore staff were great. I hope they are praised for their efforts

I did get help after going into the 02 shop, but, it felt like things were rushed, and I was an inconvenience for needing help, got a real basic help with a dim, but nofvgge help I really wanted, eith a new replacement phone. , and after 17 years on service from these guys , I'm not optimistic about going back to that store in the liberty. And in was not busy at all.

I visited this store to sign up for a flexible unlimited data contract - 30-day rolling. I was served by a very helpful young lady, she made my experience very nice and things went very smoothly.

Really bad customer service. There I have seen is a Romanian girl that does not understand english at all. I went to collect my phone and she was like I need to update to take contract which is a strange thing as you can have up to 10 contracts . This policy is for all the network around UK. But as you work there you should know it , right sweet lady? I kindly repeat myself that I came to collect my order and that I have a contract already and she is looking confuse and not understanding english?.Keeping putting pressure about having upgrade. However, she is asking me about the phone number which is connected with the phone. She looks strange and ask me the one on contract, I gave her the one that the order is register with and she is to me like ?WHAT NUMBER IS THIS??? Anyway this is irelevant to ask from what network is or what is? check as I just came just to collect my order not answering stupid questions. She looks again strange and after waisted my time 3 minutes finally she decided to stand up and bring the phone. AFTER IS BRINGING THE PHONE IS ASKING ABOUT MY ADDRESS WHICH AGAIN WAS IRELEVANT?..After again2 minutes with the order in hand is asking me for the order number I was like ??????

Terrible customer service at the Romford branch. I went there today to ask for some help as my internet not working on my Iphon only I was told to call customer service which I did, however I had to wait over three hours to get an answer from customer service Finally someone answered the phone and I explain my issue with my phone , she then put me on hold further 50 minutes more and the phone got disconnected. Customer service is just as terrible as the shop in Romford. I have been with o2 over 8 years and I can say that I will not use them anymore. There are better phone providers out there. I do not recommend o2.

I went today to ask the staff for help in closing the contract and paying it. and they told me that I can call o2 and solve it over the phone. the worst staff

Unfortunately, my experience with this branch is not a pleasant one. I went to collect an order made online with O2 where I was clearly informed that I could collect this order on the same day as the ordered product was in stock only that at the entrance I was met by a member of staff Khan where without checking my order details he told me in hurry this order is not ready. I asked him to check the details and miraculously the order was ready for collection. The customer service of this employee should be refreshed especially when the interlocutor speaks to you politely and is patient.
