Customer service in here is hit and miss! Infact, it?s a joke!! Depending on what day you visit will determine on what kind of service you receive. Needed some help with a new sim only deal and the staff member was just lazy and didn?t seem to care. Offered minimal help! Will definitely move to a different provider based on this!

am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor service I received at your Romford store on 20th July. I had ordered a phone online and received a confirmation email clearly stating that it would be ready for collection on that date.
When I arrived at the store and spoke with a staff member named Jess, I presented my ID and explained that I was there to collect my phone. Unfortunately, Jess appeared unsure of the process and told me that my phone was not ready and that I should come back the next day. I showed her the email confirmation stating that my phone was ready for collection, but she continued to insist it wasn?t available, without checking further.
What made the situation more frustrating was that she seemed unprepared and unwilling to assist. I felt dismissed and confused, especially after receiving the official collection notification.
Thankfully, a manager who was nearby overheard the situation. He immediately stepped in, reviewed the information, and within two minutes located my phone ? which had already been delivered to the store and was indeed ready for collection.
While I am grateful to the manager for resolving the issue quickly and professionally, I found Jess?s attitude and lack of knowledge very disappointing. Her poor service could have resulted in an unnecessary second trip and wasted time for me as a customer.
I trust you will take this feedback seriously and ensure your staff are better trained and more attentive when dealing with customers.

OK, all staff sitting on there phones waiting for a customer, even though they couldn't even sort my phone out,as I had to do it myself!! ?

I was passing by and I went in so I could charge my phone a bit as it was dead.A bearded guy approached me immediately and was insisting that I'm not allowed to charge it, at all - even though I said I need to charge only 2%.I'm with O2 but this makes me leave them.

What we looked for , didn't find. The store phone was not working, if it worked,we could get informed from home. We drove all the way there just for nothing.

Just been in to the Romford store and have to say that Charlie was an absolute star. My phone had done an update and had lost all connection, he was efficient in finding the fault and fixed it. He said the phone may take up to 24 hours to work again but it was back on working good as new within an hour. THANKYOU CHARLIE

Subhan and Mariam were very helpful in aiding me with my Switch Up query. The customer services team on the phone weren't helpful at all but both of your instore staff were great. I hope they are praised for their efforts

I did get help after going into the 02 shop, but, it felt like things were rushed, and I was an inconvenience for needing help, got a real basic help with a dim, but nofvgge help I really wanted, eith a new replacement phone. , and after 17 years on service from these guys , I'm not optimistic about going back to that store in the liberty. And in was not busy at all.
