My Sister and I had an awful experience at the Next in Gallows Corner. The customer service was atrocious. Everywhere we went in the store, we were followed and when we went to try a blazer on in the store, 3 of the staff members ran towards us like we were going to steal it. We actually wanted to buy that jacket but wouldn't because of the way they treated us. They judged us on the way we looked and that was unacceptable. Absolutely awful and we will not be going back their ever again.

Just wanted to add a little mention to a lovely lady i saw her lanyard said Kelly i believe? She was working the changing rooms yesterday and just helped so much from offering her opinion on whether i should size up, to also just going the extra mile to check things in stock room for us.. just made such a difference to our shopping experience and just needed to give her a little shoutout for her kindness and amazing hospitality xxx thank you so much! Also the guy on the till was really nice, didnt get his name but he was also really nice x

So unprofessional, last week order a present online went and collect it on Tuesday when open it at home it was all broken box and someone tried to put it together with sellotape took it back to store same day and ordered another in store. Went to collect today they couldn?t find the parcel and asked to re order which I refused as I needed for tomorrow then they had a power cut and the lady who was dealing with my issue left to sort this out and when back completely ignore me and start serving other customer. I wait in queue and when got to till she knew I need the refund and wanted to buy something as present as it was emergency but she said I need to come back another day or wait till the system works and she wasn?t able to see my account. I left the shop as I was so angry but I will go back tomorrow and speak to the manager. She should come back and sort my issue before starting serving others I waste one hour with no result and still in need a present ?

Victoria ordered the wrong size shoes for my son. I requested size 7, but she ordered size 10. When I went to collect them, I found out the correct size was out of stock. Her lack of focus caused unnecessary frustration, as my son really needed those shoes. Very disappointing!
