Bad customer service at New Look Romford liberty mall.
The cashier was rude.
Staffs behave like we come to buy something for free.

Went today in store with my husband i asked him to grab me a jumper and bring to fitting room, for him to be chased by member of staff by JACKIE who approached him and told him his not allowed in the changing room because he is male? He was bringing me a jumper? There is no sign for this, but when he goes to walk out the male member of staff is in there at click and collect point just because he is a member of staff should be a rule for all and not for some as it is a LADIES changing room, as like manager said some women felt uncomfortable previously coming out with another male in there, but yet u allow a male member of staff in there ??
