Very helpful staff, but to be fair it was fairly quiet and if it had been busier I am not sure how the only two cashier positions would have coped. My query was dealt with quickly and resolved to my satisfaction. The advantages of dealing with live human beings as opposed to "Cora" cannot be overstated!

Very disappointed, I'm looking around and staff members are walking around, no customers but a few and I've been waiting here for about 15 minutes and still counting.

My sister told Cheryl and her colleague were very helpful. They both single handedly managed a swarm of people Saturday afternoon. I am highly impressed by the service too. It was the smoothest service. I couldn't be more happier ?? ???????

Waiting in a slow queue for 10 minutes, lady behind the counter walks off with no explanation, no staff elsewhere in the floor and when they do appear they say "I'll see if someone can replace her for now" 30 minutes later she appears, 6 people in the queue behind me. No explanation, no apology, nothing, just resume the extremely slow service

This branch has the most helpful staff. Safe, Simran, Donna, Lea - all helped me out when I was going through a lot and my ID and my card was with the authorities. Without their support, I would have not been able to live that week.NatWest does indeed feel like home.Thank you to the staff at this branch. Xx

I think the management and employees are trying to put this branch out of business by being as inefficient as possible. Schedule yourself out an entire day if you need to go inside for anything. Or better yet, just avoid this branch altogether.This review is based on dozens of experiences at the Romford branch

Hi. For me and my family, Natwest Bank is the best in the world. I'm from Romania. When I first came to the UK, I went to several banks to get a bank card. Just Natwest Bank, did my appointment the next day, and it was a success. Whenever I had a problem to solve in the bank, in a few minutes, it was perfectly finished. Thank you NATWEST BANK??
