AVOID!!! Very rude staff more so the men are never polite to the women and young girls. Young women are never treated the same and the men always give dirty looks. I saw an older women pay by card next to me and I asked to pay card as well and they told me no we don?t take card you need to pay cash, I?m 23 and think this is disgraceful.
Don?t waist your money or time in here.

The last 2 times I have been I have called and made an appointment and then waited 50 minutes when I got there. Was is the point in making an appointment? They let walks ins come in forget who is next. Should could also do with a good clean and fixing of broken things.

I?ve been going to this nail salon for some time in hopes things would improve as the prices are reasonable in comparison to other places, plus it was very convenient based on where I live. I find the workers there to be rude, and the equipment is not sanitised. I would go for infills regularly every 3-4 weeks as expected, sometimes my nails had air bubbles but instead of either taking off the acrylic or filing down the air bubble to ensure it?s done properly they would just fill it. As many others have said on here, they do not respect appointments and treat you like you?re on a conveyor belt. Instead of improving, this lot is just getting worse.I decided to go elsewhere and to my dismay the technicians found I had fungus growing on my nails and because they drill under the nail, my nail bed is now very thin (don?t ask me why they drill under, I do not know, I?ve never seen it done elsewhere).I will never return there again even if it?s the last nail shop in the area or if someone offers me money. You really do get what you pay for. Save yourselves the hassle and just go elsewhere.

Staff are extremely cold. The worker didn?t even prep my nails properly and I had to tell her to cut my cuticles properly. And my nails turned out to be so ugly and had to go home and remove them. Additionally, the man whom I spoke to the phone said that they only accept cash but in the shop when I went to pay he said they only accept bank transfer!! Please avoid this place I would give it zero stars if I could.

I have been going to nails in the park every two weeks for the past year and the staff are still extremely rude to me (expect from the young gentlemen with glasses, he is lovely). I ask for nail art which I pay extra for and I get huffed and puffed at. If the nail art is difficult I will show a photo before I book an appointment to ensure they are okay doing it. I will be told yes and then when I go in for the appointment the staff have an attitude and will be careless when doing so. I have brought multiple friends into the shop for their nails to be done and they feel as if the staff are extremely rude aswell. There is no polite conversation whilst getting nails done and they make you feel uncomfortable when explaining what nails you want and if you want them to change the shape. Customer service is shocking which is a shame as there is potential.Service: Nail extensions

Riddled with fake reviews. Look at the names of the positive ones. All Vietnamese!Is this a money laundering front?Staff are nice enough and happy to accommodate but it's a very old skool shop with no innovation as far as nails are concerned. If you want an old fashioned acrylic set, maybe you'd come here but I wouldn't for nail art or shellac. There are better nail shops around. They must get their trade from being "in Gidea Park" and convenience to the station. I had a pedicure done which was fine and simple, but for shellac I go elsewhere. They need fresh business thinking to update the business model and marketing. I'm not sure they actually care that much about what they are doing...

Avoid! Got a black acrylic set and there were so many bubbles in the gel nails!! I waited it out to see if I could get it fixed and went back. Called to see if there had any appointments and they told me to come in only to get there and there is a whole queue of people waiting already, then told me that I should make an appointment (??). Really poor management and service! Look at how bad the nails look only after 2 weeks, would give it 0 stars if I could.Services: Nail extensions

Please avoid. I booked my nails for 4pm today, I?m still waiting to be seen 1 hour later. They obviously don?t care about people that have made a booking and accepted walk ins.
