I would like to leave a comment for Richard. This man is doing the job he was born to do, he has an incredible eye for suits and shirts. He knows exactly how big a size would be for a person based on sight alone. He is incredibly talented in this department. Please take care of him, tailors, shirt-makers and suits-men like him come around every so often.

I visited the premises to purchase a suit for my daughter's wedding next year. The tailor was extremely helpful and friendly, offering me very good advice about suitable clothing. I ended up buying a fitted suit with lots of added extras, such as personalised lining, personalised button hole colours and embroidered names inside the jacket. The whole experience was completely stress free and fun and not what I expected. I will definitely return.

I don't normally leave low reviews but the person who I believe was the manager of the store on Sunday 6th August was incredibly rude to me. I came in with my husband and he took instant issue with me, shutting down my thoughts on my husband's suit, being abrupt and dismissive and when it turned out my husband had forgotten his card he referred to me as "that lady over there can pay, whoever she is" I've never been so spoken down to and considering I was mostly minding my business and just there to help my husband, I can only think his attitude was gender or race related, possibly both.Moss Bros, I understand you're a men's store but please consider everyone that steps in to the shop, whether male or female, a valued customer not to be belittled or spoken down to. Also consider getting EQ and customer service training for the Manager. I personally will never go to that store to get something for my husband.

I visited the store on a Sunday, for some reason I thought it would be quieter. How wrong. It was a very busy store but the sales people were brilliant. I searched and searched but couldn't find much to my liking and size. Unfortunately I thought it was going to be like most shops nowadays, it's more browsing and order for a delivery than actually leaving with bags. Sales person Luke tried his best as well, checked the stock room and I think every pair of trousers in the store for my size. He found two jackets... perfect, but no trousers in my size. Eventually found a jacket and a pair of trousers, but not the right length. I thanked Luke and he went on to serve others as the store was still busy. While waiting for a changing room Matthew asked if I needed help, explained the situation, and we eventually both came to the conclusion it was going to be an order. In the end I left with the two jackets and one pair of trousers (longer than I would have liked but I will get them taken up) with another pair of trousers on order for a delivery. Brilliant service from both Luke and Matthew. Shame the store doesn't carry enough stock.

Needed a suit for a special do the gentlemen who served me was excellent a credit to moss bros I now have the full gear at a great price with the correct size something I would not have been able to do in most stores the personal touch is alive and well here excellent

We use the service for our wedding suits at first we were very pleasantly surprised by the young guy who worked on the till seem very experienced and you what he was talking about. We decided on on the Ted Baker suits at £110 each. The next time we return to the shop for a fitting the guy who was doing it seems to be not the best in accurate measurements and things were taken. When we went for our final fitting just 4 days before our wedding my partner's shared did not fit around the collar. The guy said just tighten the the cravat tighter so that no one will see to which I said at the price we are paying I want it to look correct. I am quite a big guy however all the trousers that I seem to fit with way too big I was told that I would need a 50-in trouser which I did not believe. I picked up the suits the Friday before we got married on the Saturday the guy who attended us on this occasion just was not interested I told him about our issues he said if they'd all been sorted I asked him should I try the trousers or whatever he said it should all fit however I did try the trousers and they seem to be ok.However on the day of the wedding my partner shirt had not been changed the trousers that I had were too big there was no way to actually fasten them. Then during one of the photographs was found that oil of some kind had been spilt on the waistcoat that I was wearing. To be honest these clothes thoroughly made us both feel miserable on our big day. I returned the clothes to the shop on the Monday and complained about what had happened only to be told I will tell head office and we will come back to you at some point. These clothes were expensive and we feel a bit miffed please be careful before you hire from this shop.

Staff were super helpfull and fetched multiple suit combinations for my son, then still friendly when we left without making a purchase. We did return half hour later and bought suit, shirt, belt tie. Half wool 2 piece suit £260.00. Quite competitive when compared to all the other shops selling suits in Romford of lower quality material.

In a nut shell.. Very expensive to hire suits. Avoid stratford branch as they have a catalogue of errors.

I went in looking for a suit with absolutely no idea of what I wanted at all! The gentleman that served me had the patience of a Saint and was ever so helpful, I ended up buying a really nice tailored suit and was surprised at how good the overall price was. Well done moss brothers! I will definitely be shopping with you again.
