Been there with family and paid high price as it was near to local amenities and good connections with city. Nice location but very bad experience. Customer service is very bad unprofessional, about rooms so much dirty, dirty sofa and carpets n beds, some equipment don?t work, everything full of dirt. I will never recommend someone to go there. They said it?s furnished but it?s not. Totally waste of money. And management they don?t even listen complain and never try to sort out problems. So much rude staff. Sometimes lift broken and button broken, sometimes no hot water. Staff they don?t care.

Pleasant stay, had some issues in the apartments on the beginning but very lovely lady Alexa came and fixed it immediately. Great location close to train station and shops.

Very dirty sofa and management is poor cleaning, not upto standard online pictures are fake reality is different whatever I get don't trust online pictures.

Bad experience coasters were dirty. The chairs were lose missing bolts.Flickering lights. broken fridge door. Lift missing buttonsRooms: The rooms on the backside of the building were loud would reccomend triple glazing the windows due to nearby train tracks. But nice daylightNearby activities: There's a wetherspoons and other pubs and the brewery is your best bet theres an namco arcade with bowling.And for parents theres a kidspace. And cinemasSafety: Repairs needed. I travelled with my auntie who is visually impaired was stuck in the lift as buttons were broken and they replaced the 6 button with a down buttonWalkability: The mercury mall the brewery mall and liberty mall were very closeFood & drinks: Popeyes burger king McDonald's kfc subway greggs within a 5 min walk

The apartment was nice and large, but a lot of things were broken, such as the sofa, the shelf, the shower head.The reception wasn't there the whole weekend, which meant you couldn't even change rooms, which would have been necessary because there was water damage in one room.WiFi didn't work and they told us this was the problem throughout the city but once you got into town you had public WiFi, which means they lied to us to cover up the fact that the WiFi wasn't working.It smelled really bad!! Some of the walls were very dirty and we had no one to talk to, which was urgently necessary. There are 2 toilet paper rolls for 4 people and 3 next...We felt comfortable because all in all it was very nice. Especially the balcony but the aspects such as the smell, wifi, no contact person are essential!!

Not sure how many ?'s to give. The location of the apartment is brilliant as it's so close to train station, shops, pubs etc. We had a really nice stay and had talked about returning before Christmas. Train runs behind building every few minutes which isnt too bad once windows are closed. When we entered the apartment our first thought was that it could do with a bit of TLC. Although it was "clean" it was worn. We immediately took pictures of all the faults as we had paid the £375 security deposit and it was just as well we did as 3 days after checkout we received an email to say that £80 would be charged due to the red penmark on the wall. This was here when we checked in but according to them it wasnt when they inspected it after the last guests?? Luckily we had the photos with time and date stamp to forward them. Recieved the deposit refund eventually but no apology!! Advice to anyone is to do the same and inform reception of any issues like that straight away.

Terrible. Handed a ?late check in fee? without being told check in closes at 5pm. Paid for parking to which I had to show proof of payment and then no spaces where available after paying. The apartment itself is very limited with no means to clean used crockery or even to take out hot items from the oven. Stains on the carpet and damaged furniture. Overall I would not expect to pay half the prices they are charging, shocking.

Your staff accidentally withdrew, rather than held £375 of your customers money and without the customer doing the legwork to find out where the money is you would still have it in your account 7 working days after departure, this is completely unacceptable.

Just dont book this place.Went to see my friend several times who was staying there. The price is well above average London Rental prices.I thought that perhaps the service would make up that extra cost. There was no service. During a period of over a month, a male came and asked to clean while a female was home alone. After the female said they just needed extra toilet roll and the cleaner couldn't come in at that moment that was the last time my friend saw a cleaner. That was it. In the end they just ended up paying way above price for getting toilet roll.The place doesn't look much like the photos, some lights and electric sockets didn't work, there wasn't a lot of furniture and it hadn't been cleaned before they arrived. The fridge had visible dirt in and was beginning to smell.When my friend asked for a cleaner to come round when they were out, they never did. Each time they came back and asked reception what happened and if it could be rearranged they would just say "oh, the cleaner was off today". Even though I had seen a cleaner go up to another floor and even go in the flat next door. No offer of a discount/refund from reception when they spoke to them or checking if my friend needed anything, let alone any action.Let's be clear, this place is just a converted office block out to get the most of your money, for the least amount of expense to them, as are most places in East London now.You'd be better off financially renting a one bed place and getting a cleaner by quite some way.

I stayed at Morland House for Valentines Day, they provided an excellent service as we was greeted with chocolates and a thank you card, I would really recommend their apartments for a great weekend away and a brilliant service!
