I wish I could give you 0 stars. I have ordered a delivery today using McDonald's App. I have only received the drinks and ice-cream, no food at all. Obviously it is the driver's fault as he bought us an extra drink from someone else' s order. I called your branch and was told you can't do anything, even speaking to one of your managers named A. The number I was given for customer services was not working. Could not get much luck with both apps. Could not contact the driver as his number was not working. Well A. at McDonald's straight road, I hope this happens to you as well, let's see how you control your frustration and anger when you are told " we can't do anything" . I will spend my money somewhere else....

Somewhat ok, can never seem to get all of the order correct.
I ask for extra onion and extra sauce in my big mac and I only gets a few bits of onion in the burger and next to no sauce.
Why have the option of extra is they are too tight to give it !

It's one of the better McD. Has a small carpark, a drive thru, and a few tables for the kids. Can be a bit noisy after school.
I have always found the staff to be friendly, especially one older lady who works on the till.
Update. Place has been refurbished and has become very slow at the drive-thru. However, the orders now seem correct. Nice modern decor. Overall an improvement.

Lucy served me through the drive through and she delivered a great service providing me with a Caramel Frappe and other things that I had ordered. Delivered with a smile, and asked if I needed anything else, which I thought was a great touch.

I came with my dog ??and they didn't sell me coffee because the staff decided that they can not serve me! Terrible attitude, terrible staff. There is no prohibiting sign and they decided that I can do this

McDonalds is always as usual due to a big volume of new people on board to training them, but is always about speed new stuff just after refurbishment looks pretty good food as food is everywhere the same only the speed and quality of service.

Mcdonalds app placed order, then as i went to collect refused to provide code.
I had not budgeted to have to pay for the meal twice, and had my two young children in the car excited for a mcdoanlds.
The Manager said its not their issue and I had no choice but to reorder at full price.
Said the app has nothing to do with them.
The lack of accountability was outstanding for a company that are willing to except the money from the orders placed on it!

What a horrible place. Ive ordered twice from there and each time i promise myself NEVER to do it again. They forget half of the order, never give the sauces you pay for and they you have to chase them for a missing meal or a whatever else. Horrible customer service, horrible place and the people working there are clearly struggling with the concept of service

This place has recently had a interior upgrade where they now provide a separate entrance for the delivery side of the business. This is a huge benefit to the walk in buying customers. Less crowd, less head aches and less arguments. One thing which I would sugg
est to better the place, bring back the Despenser stand for sauces etc. Asking your waiter is not the answer to this.
Parking: In and out of this place is a nightmare
