I've gotten too know the staff very well. They're always friendly. They cook there food fresh and hot too order. I usually only get a latte but honestly give these employees a pay rise.

They served me a cold cappuccino with some weird taste. I complained and received another cappuccino, warmer this time (not hot), but again with same weird taste. I don't know what is going on (could be an issue with a coffee machine) but I'm not coming back to this McDonald's again.

Great service. When I found egg shell in my egg McMuffin the staff members I spoke to fixed it and got me another one, when it took some time he gave me a hash brown to make up for it.

Massive thanks to the team who helped me on 5th February night around 8pm. I had my car breakdown and had to leave it with the garage next door, but had now ay to get the key to them as they had closed. The team on shift were super helpful in taking my key for me and handing it over to the dealer the next day. I felt very fortunate to have been treated with such empathy and humanity - I'm only sorry I didn't have time to stop and get a meal!

Stopped going to this ? Establishment ? due to staff somehow forgetting to put the right amount of burgers in the bag. Also the ? Milkshake?s ? weren?t always available but it was beyond their capability to let the customers know that by perhaps putting a sign up ! No , they would rather let you wait in a queue for 20mins and tell you only when you were ordering ! After at least a three month absence the above has just happened again ! Why am I surprised ?

I placed an order on JustEat just over an hour ago. I only ordered 1 nugget Happy Meal for my daughter. Initially (when placing the order), it said it would be 15mins and the time keeps getting pushed back and the food is still not on the way. I've tried calling countless times but I can never get through.

Seriously, it?s not busy at all, 2am on a thursday night, and you cannot deliver a big mac? How do you mistake a big mac for 2 x fries??? This place is always constantly making mistakes. Whoever is working a night shift right now, 24/01/25 at 2am, fire them they take 1 hr to deliver an order, a simple order btw, then mistake a big mac for 2x large fries. As someone who used to work here, how hard is it????!! You had more than enough time to simply make a big mac. Didn?t realise the kind of people they were employing nowadays. Chrikey.

Not so good this time. Firstly they forgot the milkshake and ice cream, then when I got home realised one burger was missing. Couple of others were also complaining at the counter too so seems they were having a bad night
