Tolites rubbish and dirty. Drivers blowing there noses on the tables no tissues being used. Worst Macdonalds I've ever been to. Hygienically horrific, how can just eat Drivers blow out their nose on the tables people eat on. Guess welcoming multiculturalism well dome people

Today 29th of September 2024 at 21:05 went through the drive through and the coloured lady at the first window was very rude and her attitude towards us was horrible. When we stopped at the second window the was a ginger woman and she was very nice and very polite. I would not return though just because of the other womans rudeness.

Mark's Gate, Romford. Consistently mess up delivery orders - not including signature burger... the MAIN ITEM OF THE ORDER - then pass the buck to Uber when they have made mistakes, and cost me the customer time and money returning to the restaurant to get the order corrected. It has happened so many times to me that the trust has been eroded for delivery. Having witnessed personally the messing about of the staff behind the scenes on this most recent debacle, perhaps they should pay better attention to QA instead of treating work like a social event. I was told they aren't even supposed to fix their errors and normally should request a refund through Uber but "as I had come to the restaurant they would do it this time". Unbelievable. I won't mention that using the Mcdonald chatbot was a disaster that failed to recognise my complaint which forced me to return in the first place!

waited 45 mins in drive through, stuck in the queue with no way to leave , no explanation as to the delay.....eventually got my order and as we drove off I tasted a chip and it was luke warm, as the fillet of fish and burger. The site is too small for the number of meals it is trying to serve, what with all the motorbikes collecting home deliveries. Why don't they do the online deliveries at another site as the customers who visit the restaurant are kept waiting in favour of the delivery orders. I'm afraid its profit over customer service....

Come here when short on food and in a hurry. Pretty decent, but was stranded when they closed drive thru to restock supplies. Was a pain. Still recommend.

I ordered the family bundle and they left out all the fries and put the wrong sauce in all 4 burgers. Also ordered 9 chicken selects and received 9 nuggets instead. Awful service.

We came tonight and the restaurant was absolutely filthy. People were complaining and yet still no one came out to even check or clean any of the rubbish so others can sit down. The manager not to mention ( I didn?t get her name) is so rude and unprofessional and basically looks like she cannot be bothered to be there and certainly shows it. There?s a place for Ubers and delivery drivers to collect their orders but they just sit in there with their helmets on doing nothing. Place is gross. Wouldn?t ever go back

I visited the Marks Gate Mcdonalds and used the drive through and wow i have never received such awful service! Bradley served me and was ridiculously rude i was shocked. He sounded miserable and gave one word responses to all my questions. He never helped at all when i asked what the specials were and his attitude in general was appalling. This level of service is unacceptable. All the other staff were nice and welcoming but Bradley.
