We took our granddaughter here for a sleepover treat. Although 3x basic meals came to £18, which for cheap fast food isn't really what I would call cheap.
I was also shocked by the number of older people eating here.
If McDonald's is your thing then go for it, we would only use as a last resort, or like today as a young ones treat.

This is the worst Mc Donald's I have ever seen The staff is very rude and the service is not good the service is too bad they always didn't give the orders quickly to delivery guys The Staff is too slow I didn't recommend this Mc Donald's those who are reading my review please I request you guys don't visit to this store or don't order the food from this store Thankyou.

I ordered through McDonald's app and uber delivered My food arrived just under an hour it was all really cold to touch i was completely shocked
as it felt like I just got it from the fridge, the burgers and fries was freezing and not even a full portion in either one I paid for 5 dips and none was there and no napkins just a straw it was not even lukewarm that was enough to eat any of it it was all extremely cold and is still on my side as I don?t have a microwave so can?t even warm it through. I tried for about 10 minutes to get through to someone via virtual assistant on the app but it kept restarting the chat after it wouldn?t let me upload the receipt, so called the store and they wasn?t bothered and said they won?t resend anything gave me a number she said not their issue ( but it came from their resturant )so I called that and waited about 90 mins to get through to anyone whilst waiting I tried the Uber app chat waiting 30 mins for someone to respond and was pushed to an email to explain the issue and someone will get back to me still waiting finally spoke to someone who asked me tge problem so I explained and even said I'd be happy with them re sending it I was put òn hold n what seemed a few seconds he returned to say I've looked into it and I'm not entitled to anything I said that I get tgey get blaggers all the time but I will take photos right then to show all tge food was still on my side and it will register the time qnd date showing it said i spent my last money and all my reward points for food that we are unable to eat and my child is 3 and very upset and doesn't understand. , the lack of customer service from any of the ways of contacting you is extremely poor and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the member of staff who answered the phone I would have been happy with an apology and the offer to resend I wasn't after a refund but now I've been left out of pocket and hungary left feeling like i was just fobbed off I've had to feed my daughter beans on toast for dinner and the food is not wanted still sitting there took my money and my reward points that I've spent alot of money to collect for them too. How can this be allowed to happen and there is nothing i can do and then know why its happened and probably is constantly and its because the drivers are collecting a few orders at a time and driving to at least 3 places 1st as I've watched it time and time again on the tracking bit so whilst tgey driving all over people's food is outside longer and longer getting cold and god knows if they was might like this or being thrown about by the delivery driver either way they look thrown together

As per the store manager- will serve tea but will not provide a cup of hot water to a customer to warm some baby milk.
But will take it and microwave it behind the desk?! Mind blowing.

Staff extremely rude. Made me feel like an idiot when the mistake wasn?t mine . Will not order or eat there any longer. Not that they will miss me . People just need to be kinder and actually listen to what you are saying

I have visited this particular fast food establishment 3 or 4 times in the last five weeks. Apart from one visit, I have been served food that was barely warm. The last time I visited staff were busy chatting and singing, which is great to see and hear staff that are happy in their work, but there is a time to do this and it's not when your busy with people queuing up waiting for their food. I could see burgers piled up waiting to be picked up and bagged or put on a tray. I couldn't help but bring it to their attention that there were burgers, etc, piled up, waiting for front-line staff to do their job, and try and get the food to their customers as hot as possible. On the day, the back staff working flat out, unfortunately the front line staff were letting their team down, but also their customers.

Me and my siblings had severe food poisoning due to the cucumber bags, called the mcdonald?s (Mercury, Romford) and the lady who answered was extremely rude and couldn?t understand me. Why is she employed if she is unable to communicate with customers and is rude ?? Very unhappy with the service and will NOT be coming back.
